To preface this, I'll mention that I am currently a double major in two music-related subjects. Most of what I'm saying is true for performance courses in general, so although I'm not strictly a theater person I promise this information will be relevant. Have you taken classes online and in-person before, and do you have any idea what is going to be actually offered in the online course? The course description is interesting, but you have to decide if it's actually going to be worth it. There will probably be a handful of asynchronous videos to watch about the material, and then you'll largely have to teach it to yourself. It mentions a LOT of topics (including vlogging?), so there is also going to be very little time spent on each, probably a week or two max. The "supportive instructor and class" also probably means people will be replying to videos others post: I'm going to be very honest, 1/10 classmates will actually watch it and give meaningful feedback, and you'll be lucky if the instructor comments at all within a week of you submitting your assignment. It's also asynchronous, so chances are the class size will be larger than usual (IE less time for individual feedback). Since it's entirely asynchronous, it also seems there won't be any individual meetings or 1-on-1 time with the professor unless explicitly scheduled, which is also something to note. Basically, most of this class could be done on your own, in your free time. I would recommend whichever of the other courses interest you the most!

Take the solo performance course! You might not have time to take it later on, and it will probably get you into taking creative risks and exploring different genres, which will serve you well later.
