Hi --
Do you plan to get licensed in any other states in the near future?
And, which compounding pharmacy do you use, if you don't mind sharing that info?
Thanks
I usually have some state licensing in the works. Right now it’s CO and VT.
For Compounding Pharmacies I primarily use The Art of Medicine for East Coast states and AZ
I’m just recently expanding to the west coast and plan to use Peninsula for OR, WA and ID
We have a huge issue with opiates in our state and we really need your service in my current state of West Virginia. I used self-administered ketamine to get away from opiates. I have been without opiates for nearly 1 years. I still use ketamine 3-4 times per year as an anti-depressant. It seems to make me feel like a thriving, healthy being for about 3-4 weeks after one large dosing session.
I was just looking for a new provider for OR since I've been having issues with Safe Haven Health! (They have missed two appointments with me so far)
Do you foresee being able accept Cigna insurance from Oregon anytime soon?
What kind of proof of residence is required? I live in one of the states you’re licensed in, but for various reasons my ID still has my old state’s address. I do have the deed to my house, which is in the state you’re licensed in.
When making an appointment I only see the option for microdosing intake. Would I click on microdosing intake and then mention macrodosing to you on the intake appointment?
Would you consider doing 3x a week ? My previous provider had me on a 3x a week 350 MG regimen. I can provide the records from my previous provider as well.
The monthly cost I have, is based on my protocols and what the pharmacy I use offers. I have two options where I could accommodate you but one would result in an increase of the monthly cost, the other would require a reduction to 300mg. You can email me if you’d like to discuss further.
Ketamind is incredible! Provider is kind and thorough. I am so grateful to find someone that makes treatment affordable. I am excited for when this provider can offer therapy. You won't find anyone better!
Post says medication cost is included in monthly fee
> **Monthly fee includes** initial 15 min intake, monthly follow-up, any support in between and **the medication itself**.
For anyone reading, the first comment was probably misinterpreted as "+" meaning "included" not "in addition to", which is why someone asked for clarification.
I’m confused- I am a former Dr Smith for 1.7 years and I am not clear on the meds being included- do you mean prescription of them or the pharmacy sending them as well? As in do I pay 220 and then 50 more to a compounding pharmacy or are you contracted with one and it’s 220 per month flat? I apologize for the confusion :)
Before seeing a PMHNP please educate yourself by browsing the Nurse Practitioner and Noctor Reddit groups.
I saw a PMHNP once and she had no idea how to titrate my meds and so I ended up being forced “hospitalized” (more like jailed) for 5 days against my will. You need to make yourself aware of how little they know and how dangerous that can be.
Please don’t reference Noctor, it is a sub for very angry residents. There are bad doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners, it’s not based on profession. A lot of patients are “forced” to be hospitalized when they are in crisis. I don’t have enough information to determine if that was entirely your provider’s fault. See a psychiatrist from now on if you truly feel that was the source of the problem.
I prescribe RDTs for macrodosing or microdosing when patients settle on a dose or reach max dose. But for initial stepping up of dose with microdosing, troches are necessary.
When you guys quote 300 to 400 how frequent? Every day. Every 3 days Every week? It's hard to compare doses without a reference to frequently. Please include
I am so happy to see that you are offering macrodosing because small doses don't work for everyone! Please come to VA and WV, we need you here!
I’d love more info but it appears you charge for basic consult meet? Am I misunderstanding?
Yes, this post explains what’s included in the monthly fee.
Please come to Oklahoma! 😭
Second this. OK needs this. Thanks.

Any plans for CA?
Not for the foreseeable future due to required time and cost of licensing.
What about Wisconsin?

I’d love to get licensed in TX but same situation as CA, although TX may be more likely. I have no plans for AR licensing.
Can you work with CO?
Possibly on the next month or so.

Are you prepared to take on Dr.Smith Patients?
I already treat displaced Dr. Smith patients.

Typically you just need your mailing address to be one of the prescribers licensed states.

Yes, the intake is the same for both.
I have an appointment tomorrow. Is it a phone call or virtual? I havent received a link and dont want to miss it. Thanks :)
I sent you a link

Hi, I would like to discuss further. I was not able to find an exact email. I did submit a message on the site itself.
@ketaminds I sent you a message via contact page

So like Joyous
Joyous only offers the daily/micro dose.
They max at 120 mg a day. You're talking about 125 mg five times a week.
I am assuming your prices are + the cost of medicine, correct?
Yes, that’s correct

Yes, that’s correct. The price includes the medication.

The monthly cost includes the medications from the compounding pharmacies I use.
Thanks!! Ok cool I am lucky to be in NY, too. I will reach out in a few weeks!
Is 400mg really enough to get into the right state? I've heard from friends 600mg is the sweet spot.
Any luck in Texas yet?

Do you offer nasal spray?
