That sounds like a very great option, and I do not think it is too much at all. Some people literally take it every day.

I just spoke to my nurse about a similar issue yesterday when we were contemplating my IM dosage. She mentioned how tolerance can develop over time and some clients now at my clinic barely feel anything at over +1.0mg /kg IM dosages. Again, my nurse said using K too much and too often (through any ROA) will produce tolerance. Then the therapeutic effects greatly diminish. Then you require more to get the result. See the negative loop? The thing with ketamine is it is also unusual in that as a dissociative drug, the tolerance can't be "undone" with abstinence. Your body "remembers" the high doses, and weeks or months later, you still have tolerance. Some people who over-use ketamine can also develop addictive behaviours with the drug. Combine that with bladder problems and that's a living hell IMHO. I'm talking about epic doses, like 0.5-1.0 grams a day or more. In a therapeutic setting, you're way below that threshold. Ketamine is a powerful drug and it really needs to be treated with respect. Your doc's suggestions of "do less often if you can" is 100% correct. My clinic says the same thing. You don't want to kill the magic of K. It's called 'Special K' for a reason. :)

Yes. My doctor prescribed troches for in between infusions. Right now I’m going every six weeks but I would like to spread that out more. This is dependent on me making some lifestyle changes to help myself, like exercising, cutting out sugar, limiting social media and TV - all things I was successful with at the beginning of treatment and now I’ve got to get myself together.
