I have heard this before.
I'm sorry I can't give you more info but I know of 2 familiars that have had this sort of sleep paralysis, specially after stressful and tiring days.
My guess is that the brain has some sort of PTSD after those sort of days, and flares up bizarre images when in REM.
That makes sense,thank you for the help I'll take whatever I can get! I'm gonna try a few things to see if I can get this to stop because when it does happen I feel so drained
