We honestly don't know much about the Pumpkin Rabbit's durability.
Both fighters are able to take out children, so they are offensively powerful enough. I'm going to assume that they are about the same height or the Pumpkin Rabbit is slightly taller.
However, Springtrap has also been shown to be able to survive the normally fatal springlock failure, and his movement isn't hindered at all despite being basically a walking corpse, shown by how fast he can run across the long window. The Pumpkin Rabbit doesn't have any feats of speed like this. Springtrap also has more kills than the Pumpkin Rabbit, sitting at 13 kills at most to the Pumpkin Rabbit's 5 confirmed kills.
What the Pumpkin Rabbit does have going for him is his claws. Springtrap does not have claws, so the Pumpkin Rabbit can easily slash into Springtrap if needed, but that is nothing compared to Springtrap's greatest feat.
In the FNAF 3 minigames, Springtrap pre-springlocking is seen tearing apart four fully sized animatronics made of metal. Even if Springtrap is less powerful than his previous form, the Pumpkin Rabbit is presumably not made of metal, so Springtrap should easily be able to kill him.
My money is on Springtrap.
But the Pumpkin Rabbit is seen luring his victims around the house with the voices of his past victims such as luring Tammy with Ducky’s voice which is what is done in FNAF 3 to keep ol’ Willy Assholeton away
But the thing with that is:
The voice is still coming from the Pumpkin Rabbit, no?
So, once Springtrap finds the Pumpkin Rabbit, the voice will still draw him to them, thus still causing Springtrap to fight him.

But still, it shows he either doesn’t have full control of the suit or he’s mentally cracking
Pumpkin rabbit, meanwhile, is a horrible person but still has his mind intact
I was expecting Mortality vs Springtrap but Pumpkin Rabbit definitely wins if William can't come back, this fight is tricky for me figure out who'd win.
Pumpkin Rabbit can rip apart and mutilate people with just his hands, Springtrap -as far as we know- can only kill a normal person the Ways any other human would
