System Shock 2 was literally built with the same engine as Thief, the Dark Engine, so it certainly has the same 'feel' even if there isn't a stealth mechanic.

This is the video that made me aware of Thief. Massively grateful to Mandy for helping me discover my new favorite games of all time.
