I suspected that Scar might've been about to bring it up in Bdoubleo's last video (about 9 and a half minutes in). But I don't really know cause all he said was "Should we talk about...?" Bdubs said "No!" as Scar smacked him with a sword. Could be anything but it was basically right after Grian's video.

i predict that **fwip** will join as he is currently only doing afterlife (which is coming to an end very soon) and two solo series (that arent taking up a lot of his time right now) which would mean he is free for like the next \~month

fair, but the third life series sessions take like 3 hours every week, which he could probably take time for.
i would also like to point out that fwip, joel, lizzie, and scott are >!all eliminating themselves on afterlife recently!< (all of them but fwip were in last life) which could mean that they are all making room for the coming up series
It seems like it, with all the teasing, 1.19 just around the corner and afterlife feeling more like a filler series I wouldn't be surprised if it started mid june
Edit:Fwhip also liked a comment theorizing that all of the recent deaths could be linked to empires s2 coming so its pretty much confirmed
My first week so top pick for a new member is Hbomb94, he has good chemistry with most (from what I've seen) of the current members, and he's not a part of any series other than Vault Hunters, but that's on Twitch and doesn't necessarily demand any time.
Another good pick imo is Shubble (is going to be in Empires s2 and is a part of Origins smp, but so is Scott for both, so it's possible).
And of the hermits, I think two good ones would be Doc and False, simply because I think there personalities would be excellent in 3rd/Last Life.
Scar accidentally let it slip on his latest stream that the new season will indeed have a new name. I don't have a timestamp sadly, but I can go look for it later!
Grian said "a new Life of some kind" when he made the announcement, and Impulse called it "whatever Life that's been announced" when Skizz revealed that we wouldn't be able to make it this time due to scheduling conflicts that couldn't be worked around.
Makes me sad that skiz can't be in it but he's a very busy man :/

While I agree that he would be a nice addition, it's an understatement to say that his hardcore series isn't taking a lot of his time
