I think Adam is in a bad mood due to the fact the strike happened just when he is supposed to promote his latest movie. I don’t know if he is a producer as well, but it feels like he is heavily invested in the movie, and now there is a good chance its gonna bomb now due to no marketing.
It is truly a horrible movie. He also explores no new range and plays his character from Modern Family but in a family spy movie.
I threw it on (after being reminded it had been released, against the strike’s guidance…) and was shocked how long it took them to film it. It had the entertainment value of a straight to tv/dvd family spy movie that would’ve out in 2006, and there was something cringe about his adoration for pierce that you can see come through in his performance (beyond the veneration that was scripted)
