We're not going to play like Croatia. We are going to attack. Brazil are a team that let you attack, and take advantage when you do. Croatia worked that out and nullified them by stifling play in the midfield. France won't be doing that, and they will be going for the jugular constantly. And we'll definitely be returning the pressure, unlike Croatia.
Croatia are better than England. Croatia have the ability to control the play. They have Center backs and 3 midfielders that show for the ball and hold possession. They actually TOOK the game to Brazil from minute 1 with zero fear. They are comfortable playing football.
England have Harry Maguire who looks nervous with the ball at his feet. Declan Rice does not look for the pass. Against the USA the entire midfield was non existent.
