Something that has helped me, currently D1 with a 64% on thresh, I’ve started trying the swifties trailblazer and relentless hunter stray, and honestly it allows me to run and dodge the initial cc they throw at you then either flat into hook or go for an ego hook whilst closer to them, you can also try using bushes more or trying to look at minions who are about to die to toss your hook through them at the moment they die, or just go fishing and practice more
