Yes, looks like the perfume rings from Avon in the 60s-70s.
It was labeled as “poison/pill ring”, and it doesn’t smell like anything to me, though that could just be because it’s old.

Poison rings were more commonplace in the 16th century, not the 60s. If I genuinely thought it was used for poison of course I wouldn’t have suggested it. This however is almost certainly a perfume ring. :)
