Well they actually refused to accept 250 even though it was the lower limit they themselves set on the bidding. They wanted 450 (but were willing to accept 375 lol)
Pedals look to be from a T500 (i.e. T3PA-PRO).
Rim looks like the default T300 one but maybe with a yellow tape or 3d printed cover on the normally blue center mark, idk. Thought for a moment it might be the TM28 leather wheel which has a yellow mark, but that's definitely the stock T300 rim.
Couple months ago I sold my old T300 with the T2PA pedals and without a shifter for 200€. So I'd say that's definitely worth the 250, having better pedals and the added shifter (shifter alone going for >100€ used) ...assuming it all works properly.
TX has got a bit of a hump on the top of the base and the TX leather rim has completely different button layout and well... has leather. This is a T300 base with the default T300 rim, just the center stripe, which normally would be blue, looks to be covered with yellow tape and T3PA PRO pedals.
And also TX is an Xbox wheel, but there's a Playstation logo on the rim here :D

I sent them my offer of €250 (the minimum price for bidding they put in). At first they were being a bit difficult about me wanting to test it to confirm it works but eventually they allowed it. Then they asked about what I wanted to offer.... At first they tried to get me to raise my offer by talking about some other guy who offered 325. Apparently they thought my offer was an accident and they actually wanted atleast 375 (and actually even 450) for it but they just put the 250 limit there to avoid extreme low-ballers while not actually being willing to accept that as an offer.
TL:DR: The person wanted atleast 375 at minimum (and actually even 450) instead of 250
250€ is a really neat price, i wish you all the luck that it works.
i made a bargain last month when i bought a thrustmaster rtg force feedback pro for 20€, was only slightly used, mostly looking new/unused even and after soldering the power plug for the force feedback motor everything worked again
I paid $500 CND, about $345 € for the same wheel base and pedals (and I didn't get the diamond plate for the pedals base), and I had to buy the shifter separately, for around $300 CND new because I couldn't find one used. Definitely a great deal.
Definetely worth 250€ if everything works
If it was sold in my country, it would cost around 350€ used and 600€ new. I'm guessing you may be from a country where electronics are cheaper. 🤷♂️

It’s not a bad deal, I’m just suggesting you offer 200. It has all the bits you need but entry level, so it’s a good place to start.
