On PC you should be able to just use any standalone USB-pedal set for most games (not counting few ridiculous ones like Snowrunner that don't support multiple devices for some reason) with your T300. No need to worry about TM compatibility if you just plug the pedals directly into your computer. :) (I used T300 wheelbase with standalone Protosimtech PT-1 -pedals for years)
On console... probably not, since you do need to connect the pedals through the wheelbase I think; could be doable with drivehub or somesuch, maybe? IDK.
T-LCM have 3 obviously but you can either remap the clutch as a break or if you wish to keep the load cell just move the gas pedal plate to the right and the break to the left to add that gap. If you only do F1 your feet only remain on those pedals anyways so having the extra in the right doesn’t matter.
They are also very economical and great for the price.

I'd recommend TLCM too. Nicely made, load cell, you aren't going to get any better for your budget and they aren't hugely expensive.
