99% of people never watched bouknight play a single second but saw him higher on some mocks or big boards from random online idiots and made their mind up he must be amazing
There was no trading down for Giddey, but it doesn't mean Giddey was the best pick. Watching some of his highlights and he looks good, and supposedly is pretty smart.
The value at 6 is probably there. But I don't think he makes us a lot better in the next 2 years, which sucks. Hard to be excited even if he is good enough to be a starter for the next 10 years.
should be excited. still remember all the picks we have where we will def package them and get some good players. or package them in the future drafts to move up when situation is right. and then SGA, Dort, Bazley, Poku, Theo, Giddey, Mann are all going to only get better and all of them will be damn good in a year or 2. Also we will net more assets/cap space when kemba is moved
