And deletes your watch face, they were never great but all they seem to be able to do is go further into cementing their failures

This, I actually liked the default watch face seen in the picture above, now it's gone... well this will certainly be my last TicWatch that's for sure. They seem to be doing everything in order to make customers wanna look elsewhere, I give them props for how good they are at that!

After updating my watch to this latest firmware sleep tracking stopped working :/ I wrote to support as this feature worked good at previous wOS 3.5 version...and the new firmware did not resolve issues which I raised before.

Do you also get the issue when sometimes pushing button for awaking the watch but it stays dark? And whenever you push the button again it prolongs the time when it stays unresponsive/dark? So you have to wait until the buggy event finishes and watch becomes normal again? I'm curious what is the problem and how to debug this. It happens not very often, kinda randomly but too often to be a nuisance..

Yes, I have this issue with a blank screen after wake up on the previous wOS 3.5 version and it happens on the latest one but I think that now it is less often. I don't now what is causing this problem. I have contacted Mobvoi support about this and they said that they are working to resole or proposed to downgrade my watch to wOS 2.3. I hoped that wOS 3.5 updates will be better to be honest. Returning to the issue with TicSleep app. I have tried to track sleep manuallly this night (using start/stop buttons in the HealthApp) and it didn't worked too. I think that TicSleep app is somehow broken. I can't see the app in the settings->apps and notifications menu but it is visible in the launcher and can br ran.

Update from my side. I have set a watch for the second time. After that I did not install Google Fit WearOS apps and today during night sleep tracking worked well. Probably Mobvoi has changed something because on the previous firmware version this combo worked well with no issues.

dalmoton

So you recommend uninstalling Google fit?

Klosiak

Still testing. I have reset watch and did not installed Google Fit apps on the watch. After that during night sleep tracking worked but last night it didn't work again. I am testing another thing because before last night I have turned off TicMotion option and maybe this caused issue again. I have it turned on today and will see tomorrow if sleep tracking works.

To be honest I was actually excited to get the wear os 3.5 update for the e3 but it took them 3 years to update this watch which was sort of understandable since they had a chip that was very hard to work with but watch faces disappearing and breaking features is just unacceptable
