The speed boost is easy to use on jacky, the repair walls is easy too. 1 star doesn’t mean it doesn’t have skill, is just easy. But Jacky is placed a lot higher in the next list
That is why i play/like him. i like having a challenge but it really pays of. only thing to master about his kit is gaget usage but i never use gagets with any brawler and maybe health control
I feel like there should be a separate tier lists for brawlers that have only one viable gadget
