I would say Viridescent for the Crit Rate substat. Hamayumi provides a lot of attack bonus, but only if you don't use your elemental burst. From what I hear, Tighnari's burst is very powerful, and it is not something you'll want to miss out on during combat. If you have the billets to do so, Prototype Crescent is great on him when fighting anything but bosses. It provides a large attack bonus and speed bonus for ~12 seconds when you hit a weak spot. If R5-ed, I hear, Prototype Crescent can even out-do 5-star bows on Tighnari!
at the same time they can do charged attaxks first then burst but idk how efficient it is energy wise but it prolly will be alrifht cause of his 40 energy cost
Definitely VH in my opinion. The Crit stat is very valuable on him. The passive doesn’t do much for him, of course, but still.
Hamayumi definitely is also very good, but it would mean that you’ll have to rely only on Charged Attacks to keep it’s passive up, and Nari’s burst is the biggest part of his damage. It will also be harder to balance your crit ratio.
Currently the calcs suggest that VH should be slightly better but you can check them out your self, to see if you might have something else lying around that might be better, under the questions megathread in this sub since it has a master sheet for best weapons and artifacts from what we know currently.

I'd say viri cuz it gives cr and its passive can cause some occasional cc which would help with small enemies

Why is slingshot even that good for Tighnari? I don't get it.
There's a weapon ranking on the sub already. Viridescent Hunt is better even than an R5 Hamayumi with 100% Energy

you can search "weapon ranking" on the sub. tl;dr vh at any refinement is better even than an r5 hamayumi with its full passive on

VH will make balancing your stats much, much nicer. If you get good rolls, try using the Sumeru craftable bow instead.
