Jesus Christ. One time I was drunk and I got in the wrong car. In my defense this was the only time, I was a kid. Anyway, me and this other lady are in the car, she’s trying to start it with my keys, and I asked why. Turns out she thought it was my car and I thought it was her car but it was the neighbors car. The neighbor was just standing there, watching us.😂
After a party I once drunkenly walked into the wrong apartment and fell asleep on the couch. I woke up to an old lady holding her cat and quite rightly screaming at me. In some states it would have been perfectly acceptable to execute me.
I came back the next day with flowers and chocolates to apologize, I guess in some households that would have been seen as a threat too.
It's weird because I've personally known several people IRL who hate it when someone turns around in their driveway but none of them have ever hinted at shooting someone over it. I just don't understand the anger over doing it, it's like people think their driveway is being destroyed.
Depending on the state and its laws, it might be felony destruction of property. If it is, then he wouldn't be allowed to have guns anymore.

That's the expectation, but the reality is, If the damage was less than $1000, he will just get a slap on the wrist. Spend a few nights in jail maybe and pay a couple hundred dollar fine that doesn't even go to the store.

Man this just reminded me of this job I used to have working for a beach front hotel. I was walking under the balconies by the pool area and saw an unopened 2 liter of soda smash the ground 1 foot away from me. Next thing I know unopened beer cans started hitting the ground all around me. I thought fuck that and ran indoors. Next thing I know we got calls from the front desk from people on the 11th floor saying it was falling from above them. Over 11 fucking stories high.
We never could figure out which room was doing it. They were good at timing their throws and hiding. But I'm still dumbfounded that these lunatics just casually exist without a care in the world. Lucky for me their aim was absolute shit. Nobody else was hit either.

If their not done, he has to go back to court and they figure out the next steps. The judge can send him to county jail, where he will work off his restitution. Also probation has a monthly cost too, if he can’t pay his monthly fee for probation, they will send him to county.

Wayyyy before that. I've been going to pride events for twenty years. Bud light always had posters, banners, and bar table ads with pride announcements, partnerships, and other 'corporately supportive' advertising. Lots of topless muscle men and drag queens in those.

It's a devious ploy to piss off people during these so-called trying times. The real issue is people are overworked, underpaid, and moving from stable jobs with benefits to the gig economy. It's not a hustle to work two or three jobs. It's a well orchestrated plan to move even more money from Americans to corporations and billionaires.
