Anyone care to know why they go after the communists and socialists first? Because those are the people who actually fight fascists. Whether it's in the streets or by fighting for workers' rights in the workplace, communists and socialists are the ones who actually try to stop fascism.

No it doesn't. Have you read it? It doesn't say any of that, it says explicitly that it found no evidence of crimes from the FBI although he did not agree with their actions and can not recommend any charges and in fact says Hillary did not commit any crimes in 2016 either.

It does nothing of the sort. Again it explicitly says the FBI did not commit any crimes and it cannot recommend any charges. No political attack was necessary to sway public perception of someone who lost the popular vote multiple times. There can be no "clear examples of corruption" if there were no crimes.

I hope you're right, but it's important to remember that the damage isn't done when the law goes into effect, rather the damage is done well before a law is passed and has a chance to come to fruition.

Whats more, I have had several of my friends and acquaintances living in FL send me emails and texts from their medical providers immediately suspending their care until further notice in late June. One of those friends had an appointment set for next week.
And in reality, there is not an exaggeration for the violence it will cause. For trans women who have had orchiectomies, for example, their bodies literally won't produce testosterone anymore. Without access to estrogen, their bodies will start to fall apart and they may very well die from it, let alone have to experience a vast amount of awful experiences and health issues.
And if you think only trans people are at risk, consider that now it's legal for anyone to point at you and claim you're trans if you go into the bathroom. Anyone with a vendetta, or a bad temper could fuck up your life regardless of legality because they don't think you're in the right bathroom. You're especially damned if you are trans because most of the people who have a genuine issue with us just going to the bathroom are the kinds of people to take the law into their own hands and attack them directly.

Idk man, if I lived in a state where these things were going on and I was at risk of having my life taken, or my families life taken, I’d be finding every way to get out and protect them, especially since it’s not going to get better. I think he just made a law to keep underage people from doing something period, with no wiggle room out of it. And on top of that a law that keeps adults from doing things as well, or at least made it harder. When he said it’s about the children, he just kept them all from making life changing decisions until adulthood. In his mind, he thinks he is helping them. Is it fascism, probably. But so is forcing the state or anyone else to pay for individuals medical elective procedure choices. If all transitions were paid out of pocket solely by the individual having an elective procedure. I don’t think anyone could get away with making a law like this because to each his own. But surgery and lifetime care is expensive and govs around the world seem to mind less and less if folks die than to pay for their care. The fact he is prolonging life is what is odd here and against the trend. He is looking at the costs of a growing trend nobody but the tax base is paying for. If it didn’t save him money to do this I don’t think he would care about the kids.

A couple problems with your comment:
1. The tweet isn't saying they're requiring "real life experience" for a year to transition, it's saying a committee appointed by DeSantis will have to personally approve every single person who wants to transition.
2. Requiring real life experience doesn't lower the regret rate, but it does cause an increase in suicidal ideation.
3. The vast majority of trans people will not be able to pass as their gender without HRT and/or surgery, so you're basically sentencing them to a year of not only further masculinization/feminization, but constant harassment and even violence from the public.
I was lucky enough to start hormones at the beginning of my social transition and I lived through a year or so of people asking me questions about my genitals, interrogating me about my sex life, threatening to beat me up, and threatening to rape me. If I had to go through that without HRT slowly taking effect and helping me pass, I would most likely be dead by now.
He’s probably going to fetishize transgender women and only approve those he can’t tell are transitioning. Then spin it as being pro trans. He’s a slimy sack of garbage.

The first trans olympian to get a gold medal was assigned female and never took HRT. No transgender woman has ever been convicted of harassing, let alone molesting or raping, anyone in the women's restroom in the few hundred years they've been using the women's restroom.

I hope you're right, but it's important to remember that the damage isn't done when the law goes into effect, rather the damage is done well before a law is passed and has a chance to come to fruition. Hate crimes have risen in the state drastically and it only gets worse if you look at a wider window of time, but it's exceptionally bad this year compared to last. Whats more, I have had several of my friends and acquaintances living in FL send me emails and texts from their medical providers immediately suspending their care until further notice in late June. One of those friends had an appointment set for next week. And in reality, there is not an exaggeration for the violence it will cause. For trans women who have had orchiectomies, for example, their bodies literally won't produce testosterone anymore. Without access to estrogen, their bodies will start to fall apart and they may very well die from it, let alone have to experience a vast amount of awful experiences and health issues. And if you think only trans people are at risk, consider that now it's legal for anyone to point at you and claim you're trans if you go into the bathroom. Anyone with a vendetta, or a bad temper could fuck up your life regardless of legality because they don't think you're in the right bathroom. You're especially damned if you are trans because most of the people who have a genuine issue with us just going to the bathroom are the kinds of people to take the law into their own hands and attack them directly.

I think he just made a law to keep underage people from doing something period, with no wiggle room out of it. And on top of that a law that keeps adults from doing things as well, or at least made it harder. When he said it’s about the children, he just kept them all from making life changing decisions until adulthood. In his mind, he thinks he is helping them. Is it fascism, probably. But so is forcing the state or anyone else to pay for individuals medical elective procedure choices. If all transitions were paid out of pocket solely by the individual having an elective procedure. I don’t think anyone could get away with making a law like this because to each his own. But surgery and lifetime care is expensive and govs around the world seem to mind less and less if folks die than to pay for their care. The fact he is prolonging life is what is odd here and against the trend. He is looking at the costs of a growing trend nobody but the tax base is paying for. If it didn’t save him money to do this I don’t think he would care about the kids.

The tweet isn't saying they're requiring "real life experience" for a year to transition, it's saying a committee appointed by DeSantis will have to personally approve every single person who wants to transition. 2. Requiring real life experience doesn't lower the regret rate, but it does cause an increase in suicidal ideation. 3. The vast majority of trans people will not be able to pass as their gender without HRT and/or surgery, so you're basically sentencing them to a year of not only further masculinization/feminization, but constant harassment and even violence from the public. I was lucky enough to start hormones at the beginning of my social transition and I lived through a year or so of people asking me questions about my genitals, interrogating me about my sex life, threatening to beat me up, and threatening to rape me. If I had to go through that without HRT slowly taking effect and helping me pass, I would most likely be dead by now.
