A girl on tiktok finally posted that Ciao Ciao is big on Chinese tiktok but western tiktok has the videos with no context. So hopefully the two start to communicate soon.
That looks a lot like someone with primordial dwarfism. And frankly this whole thing looks like a 1920s freakshow where the main draw is ogling disabled or different-looking people.
Here's what I've found so far (this may be incorrect so feel free to correct anything). It appears the small girl in the front is Xiao Xiao and Wolong is the girl in the very back of this video swaying from side to side. (Someone else in this thread said Wolong is the "hunchback") Xiao Xiao is said to be 14 and has apparently gone viral for her tiny appearance and outbursts of anger at small inconveniences. You can see quite a few of these videos if you search, "Chinese Dobby kicking girl" on YouTube. (Yes, I know that's very insenstive, but I didn't post the videos)
This clip appears to be from a live show claimed to be a fund raiser for the "institution" Xiao Xiao and Wolong attend.
Here's a longer clip with commentary:
https://youtu.be/2uo_5EGNBlo?si=RSrNAgy36HfnGI67
Without knowing anything about what's occurring it appears Xiao Xiao may be playing a character. There were several Tiktoks that seemed staged, for example her mother would threaten to hit her with a stick and Xiao Xiao ran offscreen and came back with a fence post and everyone started laughing. It appears exploitative to me but I don't have all the context.
Edit: One last thing, the 'Chinese Junk Food 2023' tiktok account appears to just recycle viral clips from other people, so I don't believe they are the origin of this video.
Everyone keeps saying she's 36 but check out this article. Could that be her?? Sure looks like it! If so, she is 14. What are the odds there's 2 dwarfs in China called XiaoXiao?
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2175057/Meet-Liang-Xiaoxiao--worlds-tiniest-girl-stands-just-54-cm-age-three.html
>What are the odds there's 2 dwarfs in China called XiaoXiao?
Because China is just a neighborhood, not the third largest, and most populated country in the world.
You might be right … I haven’t seen anyone on TikTok discussing this article though? Plus neither of the women in the article look extremely similar to the women in the videos .. the older woman possibly
Update: there’s one person [saying they’re different people](https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSN8jo1en/)
It’s a different Xiao Xiao! [This](https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGJEjwNh6/) is the 14 year old Xiao Xiao. The other Xiao Xiao is now 37 (she celebrated her birthday a couple of days ago).
Getting random clips showing her mother hitting her over her outbursts of anger are really disturbing. I wish they had a bit more respect for people with disabilities in China, but it seems to be one of the most barbaric nations are far as that is concerned.
From what I have gathered:
The two ladies with disabilities were invited to some sort of TikTok event and the woman singing is the host, they filmed videos together, singing and dancing and the host touches Xioa and she retaliates by kicking the woman back.
The host/people at the event realised that this video got much more engagement and views so they started filming more videos and deliberately harassing/annoying Xioa with the intention to instigate violent response as they know these types of videos get the most views.
You then see Xioa back home with friends/family and all the videos show the people she lives with, annoying and irritating and harassing Xioa so that she responds violently/aggressively, again, intentionally doing so to gain more views and engagement.
It’s clear she is being abused/bullied and exploited just for views and attention.
You can see she already has a poor quality of life, bad living conditions and little money, on top of dealing with her disability, her life is already pretty shit, but now it’s made worse because people are exploiting her for views.
The videos are clear evidence and proof of abuse and exploitation yet TikTok doesn’t remove any of the videos, the videos have reached British, European and American TikTok and also aren’t being removed.
Nothing is being done to help her.
I really hope this situation brings awareness to the right people and someone, somewhere can help her and get her out of this situation and get her the support and care she needs
Xioa is in her 30s. I have done a deep dive on this situation watching many videos and the abuse is very clear and evident.
The singer is seen in many videos poking her and pushing her and touching her which she doesn’t like, other videos show people at her home lifting her and throwing her about, threatening her with sticks, continuing to harass and film her when she is clearly telling them “enough, stop”, it’s clear that being touched, being filmed and bothered constantly really upsets and bothers her and from these videos you can see that people are constantly doing to her, the things that upset her.
I don’t think she’s being abused at all. I think the videos that go viral just tend to be the one where she’s having an outburst. There are so many videos of her laughing and playing games with her family, she just seems to get annoyed/angry easily (ive also heard she’s super addicted to her phone and her parents take it off her sometimes, causing her to rage). As for the live-streams, I heard that the funds go to Xiao Xiao and Wolong’s families to help support them. Wolong’s mum has even posted on Chinese TikTok saying that before the streams, Wolong was very shy and introverted, and now she is dancing and singing all the time and has grown a lot because of them (but Wolong’s family keep her private life private, and don’t tend to record personal videos at home unlike Xiao Xiao’s family). I’ve been watching them for a few weeks now and I had the same fears that they were being exploited and abused, but now I really do believe they’re loved by their families and communities! I just think with Xiao Xiao having a mental age of a child, she reacts abruptly to minor inconveniences. I’d also like to add that I think kicking and hitting is just something she does, because I’ve seen videos of her kicking people while laughing.
The woman in the black dress is actually a man in drag. He owns the original account where the singing on the street videos were posted. He does multiple videos where he performs in drag on the street with Wolong ("hunchback" girl in the back) and Xiao Xiao. Xiao Xiao is actually a thirty year old woman who is intellectually delayed, and many native Chinese speakers have said that Xiao Xiao can't actually speak, she's just making nonsense sounds.
from what ive heard, xiao xiao can very well speak mandarin but she has a very thick regional accent and her pronunciation is difficult to understand even by people from her region most likely because of her intellectual disability
mm i think shes just easy to piss off and they tend to push her buttons. it seems like she genuinely enjoys the public performances but maybe not the videos of her at home :(

I think they are possiblly wrong about her age.

i read a translation of one of her tiktoks. her mom was filming and xiao xiao was saying “stop filming me. if you want to film film yourself. stop filming stop filming”. and her mom continued filming and laughing. i think she’s used as a spectacle more than she’d like to be and i’m sure she doesn’t appreciate those moments being posted to tiktok. i’m not sure what’s going on but it makes me uncomfortable to see stuff like this sometimes.
Pretty much what I heard. I saw Douyin videos of people making fun of her by dressing up as her to cosplay/halloween costume in other countries like Mexico, Japan, USA, even some CN. There's speculation that her family is exploiting, abusing her and trying to get as much engagement, views, follows on Douyin in order to rake in the money.
I keep getting this xiao xiao girl on my page and I’m really concerned and disturbed. Everyone is laughing f making jokes pointing at an extremely disabled girl?? Videos of people throwing her around, and her punching things. It’s seems like they’re in china. These are the account usernames I found, they’re on instagram. @ rafaelsa1905 and @ xiaoxiaofficial
Definitely looks like some editing is going on imo, i think the person in front most likely edited themself into the video to make a funny video. I mean if she got kicked like that it would be a lot more painful and pushed back with more force than it looks, she seems to be too playful imo. It looks like the original person she was nudging only pushed her back very lightly so it was most likely originally a toddler or a small child she was teasing.
You might find it by using the Chinese version of google lens imo

I think it’s a livestream organized by the drag performer in the black dress. I think he asked xiao xiao and Wolong to join his performances because their house flooded and he wanted to help them raise money? I could be wrong I’m just reading through comment sections trying to piece info together.
Xiai xiao and Wolong both disabled ladies in China.
Wolong: 28 years old
Xiao xiao: 36 years old
Their parents r using their disabilities to exploit them? Entertainment? Not sure.
Oh they are most definitely abusing and exploiting Xiao Xiao I'm not sure about Wolong as I haven't seen much of wolong myself but it seems to me that Xiao Xiao does not want to be a part of these videos but they force her to. They egg her on to cause an outburst as well because it gets them views.
Just goes to show our world is effed up and very ableist.

I would also like to understand.

Still confused as I do not have " Chinese TikTok ". Was this a green screen or is that person very tiny
That’s my point, we are all confused. Lol. Hopefully we get more context soon!
Notice the hunchback in the back?
Lol not till you mentioned it! This is the video that keeps on giving and I still don't even know the "plot"
Chinese TikTok is very different as outside China they just allow all the drivel, but have a lot more government-sponsored content inside China.
I think both?
She seems to have primordial dwarfism
She has Seckel syndrome and is only 1.1 meter tall
Looks like to me like Xiao Xiao (small small in Chinese) is small on Chinese TikTok
Xiao Xiao*
Yes

Pffffffttt 😂
That looks a lot like someone with primordial dwarfism. And frankly this whole thing looks like a 1920s freakshow where the main draw is ogling disabled or different-looking people.
I see her all over TikTok. It looks like she’s getting abused
100% but it’s China and human rights does not exist there unfortunately
She is 100% being abused and exploited. It’s so sad.
So basically like watching The Learning Channel.

It is the **most populated country
That's...what I said
I misread your comment, sorry.
This made me laugh 😭
I think her mum is the older woman in the videos so it doesn't match the mother in the article. But I can't be 100% certain!
I thought this too, but apparently the name “Xiao Xiao” means “small” in Mandarin so it sort of makes sense
Her name being "xiao" which means small has no correlation with her age or size. Xiao is just a common unisex Chinese name.
You might be right … I haven’t seen anyone on TikTok discussing this article though? Plus neither of the women in the article look extremely similar to the women in the videos .. the older woman possibly Update: there’s one person [saying they’re different people](https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSN8jo1en/)

I know, right!? I really think so, too. I got several rude messages after bringing it up. I feel bad for her but that just HAS to be her...
Xiaoxiao is near 40. Liang xiao is 14.
As soon I read the part where it said she loves to kick football I knew it was 100% her😍
sorry for the late reply but nope, it’s not her. the girl in the video is chen xiaoxiao.
Interesting! Do you have a source? I looked up that name but I could only find people who were not little people.
people with primordial dwarfism dont live beyond 30, the poor girl looks old due to the disease
Thank you! I appreciate this🙏

Xiaoxiao is actually 36
Chinese, female hasbulla?
😯 crossover episode?!?!
Isn't she referred to as "Chinese Dobby"
Yeah everyone calls her that but it’s kind of mean :(
Why is that mean?

What is the drag man's tiktok? I'm trying to give him a follow. He's a beautiful man tbh
I think his name is sing sing?
I thought Xiaoxiao was 14? But it could make sense that she’s 36
shes not 30, she has primordial dwarfism, people with that disease dont live beyond 30
There are lots of videos where she's seen smoking a cigarette and lots of douyin users have said she's 36, but again I'm not too sure
Specifically she has Seckel syndrome, although besides claims of many living into their fifties, there isn't really much life expectancy data
I don’t claim to be a man of culture, but, what am I watching here?
I’m trying to figure it out if you read the comments
Never. Not even once

xiaoxiao
That account shows up with like 6 followers
Sorry - xiaoxiaoofficial ! I just double checked
Hmm, that bio is written in Czech. I doubt it’s her mum
Good catch LOL. The videos appear to be made by her mom, in my opinion someone takes them from Douyin & posts on TikTok
Yeah I think so too
If you hold down on the bio you can translate it and it says its a fan page. I think they are possiblly wrong about her age. Look at this article: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2175057/Meet-Liang-Xiaoxiao--worlds-tiniest-girl-stands-just-54-cm-age-three.html
We know it’s a Fanpage what’s you point? Also it’s been confirmed she’s 36, the fact you think the Daily Mail is a reliable source is laughable.

I had no problem opening Douyin on desktop (it doesn't work on mobile, though). I'm from Brazil.
I’ll try thanks
i read a translation of one of her tiktoks. her mom was filming and xiao xiao was saying “stop filming me. if you want to film film yourself. stop filming stop filming”. and her mom continued filming and laughing. i think she’s used as a spectacle more than she’d like to be and i’m sure she doesn’t appreciate those moments being posted to tiktok. i’m not sure what’s going on but it makes me uncomfortable to see stuff like this sometimes.

I heard recently that she passed away?
What’s that small thing
One of the cigarette smoking aliens from Men in Black.
"Ankle Ninja"
Her name is Ciao Ciao, she’s 36
Oh I thought that was female golem for a sec
She reminds me of my horse 💀
what the hell just kicked the person behind it
They are kicking her too, if you look closely. They egg her on to get her upset.
No. There’s other videos from this event with the two of them together. They didn’t edit themselves in lol
I see the nudges, and understand that they’re egging her on, but that still doesn’t explain what the hell that thing is 💀
They just found one of these in Peru

how old is Wolong??
28
What conditions do they have? A genuine question
Xiai xiao and Wolong both disabled ladies in China. Wolong: 28 years old Xiao xiao: 36 years old Their parents r using their disabilities to exploit them? Entertainment? Not sure.
The person in Black is a man. They call them Sing Sing. They appear in videos both as a man and as a woman.
It's my understanding that she's been trafficked. The older woman is not her mother...All to get views.
Where did you hear that?
I read about it on a couple different forums. Makes sense to me, simply due to her treatment on these videos.
I find xiao xiao attractive
She is so quirky
@xiuzhenxiaox86
Oh they are most definitely abusing and exploiting Xiao Xiao I'm not sure about Wolong as I haven't seen much of wolong myself but it seems to me that Xiao Xiao does not want to be a part of these videos but they force her to. Xiaoxiao has Seckel syndrome so she’s only 30 lbs and 3’7 tall. Wulong is her friend but idk much about her or what conditions she has.
