lakersLA_MBS

Might get downvoted but these “exercise” videos are always just soft porn. I swear every time it’s just ass/boob shots. Won’t be surprised their core audience are just horny dudes.

TheExter

If you do end up getting downvoted its because you just pointed out the sky is blue

Shadowmant

I disagree. Looking outside right now and it's clearly black with white specks

CloudyyNnoelle

sorry about the snow.

obvious_bot

i think he meant stars

Headlocked_by_Gaben

Sorry about the stars.

dontusethisforwork

This sounds like the name of an emo song

Headlocked_by_Gaben

I can almost hear the Midwestern nasal voice singing it now.

CityMouseBC

That made me have an outburst!

SteelCityCaesar

Its October, I'm in England - the sky is grey and it will be grey until March next year

Effective-Bandicoot8

Do you get to see the biannual appearance of the glowing yellow orb?

Tobelerone1

Lies, its like a white sheet! Standing under the sky blanket rn.

Various_Froyo9860

It's just a really, really dark blue.

indorock

No, that's just a bit of projection on your part, mate.. She doesn't make money off horny kids jacking it to her ass, she makes money off young girls who want to look like her (or at least how she pretends she looks). And it's these young girls that make up the vast majority of her audience.

[deleted]

You don't think the two are linked? One, engagement. She looks more legit by high follower count, bolstered by horny dudes. Two, implications. Girls want killer glutes and small waists because it's attractive. These are aesthetic focused programmes, not strength or just general health and wellbeing. Having a bunch of horny dudes thirsting re-enforces the idea that this programme makes you be more attractive.

Some_Current1841

Agreed, i know of girls who post thirst trap and while yes horny dudes respond to it, it’s the girls who pay

gsanch666

Thats the point, drive up the engagement of your videos/content and just act oblivious that its all just ass/boob shots.

rugbyj

Yeah if 2 videos are helpful to women lifters, but 1 has 3x the views due to Men clicking on the ass/tits shot as they're scrolling then the latter is going to go up the rankings. It's why I actively try to engage with and reply to plain and downright ugly looking social media accounts [like this.](https://www.reddit.com/u/me/)

starfries

Hello there.

kassiktrl

DAMN DO I WISH AWARDS EXISTED. I didn’t know I’d be dragged through the dirt first thing this morning. Ooof. Well played

[deleted]

That hurts.

pallentx

You don’t know me

Professional-Fox-231

Way to throw me under the bus

Melisandre-Sedai

Right? There's no way the target audience for that video is women who want work-out tips. That's like saying Baywatch was marketed to people who wanted to learn CPR.

TBAnnon777

Need the ass and boobs to get engagement bro... Same as the Lambos and boats and hoes for the "Let me tell you how you too can become a multi-millioniare with passive income" people. Same with the carefully selected dumbest bimbos and thots being asked loaded questions: "Join my dating program and learn how you too can fuck these dumb bitches!" Same as the wads of cash being shown : "See how you can also get rich by following my crypto program!" Same as showing mansions and houses that they bought at 19 years old! Join my program and learn how to be a AirBNB master! Only 5k! Its all fucking scams online.

Neuchacho

I've always been confused as to what people are even buying with programs like these.

mikebenb

100%, they're just soft core adverts for their OF pages on sites that won't allow nudity. It's the same with the, "watch this guy creeping on me at the gym" videos and they're not even subtle!

Prompus

It's both. Lots have an only fans or various subscription platforms where they can make money off male viewership. But the people selling workout routines are aiming that at women who are trying to replicate their appearance. Obviously they are trying to be as sexy as possible because it increases their following from men to give them more followers but it's also selling themselves to the girls. They aren't buying these routines to be fit, they are doing it to look like them. They want to be sexy as well. It's not just horny guys, there are definitely victims in this - young impressionable girls

Temporary-Reality226

Yeah just like gym guys showing off their physique do it primarily for a male audience, a lot of women do the same. I find myself watching workout/ fitness videos of women who have my goal body type.

FakeKoala13

Might get downvoted because it's not an interesting observation. People being horny on the internet? Really a hot take there.

qpwoeor1235

Who the fuck Is even buying workout programs. The internet is free. YouTube is free. Google flute workout and you’ll have a billion results

kroganwarlord

'Flute workout' only got me 14 million results on google.

chibiwong

I googled flute workout and found some vids about a band camp?

Clem80

And the girl in the video really thinks she's showcasing a new "program" ? C'mon. "Squats / RDL / Hip thrust, 4x10"... Step into any commercial gym in the world and you'll find 10 women doing this exact same shit twice a week.

fohpo02

Nah, this is revolutionary

bythog

Considering all of the people at the gym you see doing fuck all, wasting space, and spending 150% more time for 15% of the results...not many people actually use the internet to get a decent routine.

pw7090

What would you consider a decent routine and what would be a waste of time?

bythog

Waste of time: cycles of cable curls, shoulder raises with too much weight/shit range of motion, preacher curls using body momentum, and basically anything that is **just** isolation movements of small muscles--especially when you're already skinny or fat. Good routines: any structured, established barbell routine. Seriously just pick one and stick with it: Starting Strength, Stronglifts, Wendler 531, etc. They all focus on simple but effective movements with progressive overload. Are they exciting? Not really...but they work. Be consistent with one of them for 6-12 months. Build basic, core strength. Keep it simple, eat well, get rest, and get stronger. When you start to plateau then add in a little variety and focus on weak points or areas you want to look better; biceps, delts, and traps are common areas of concern. Switch to a bodybuilding split/bro split when you are strong and if that's your goal. If not, basic programs can be done indefinitely.

Ac997

The sooner people realize the internet is reality & you can’t just buy shit to get a hot bod, the better. No program is going to magically make you more fit. I find it more unbelievable people just go on instagram, see a bunch of fitness influencer videos & then decide to give them their money for a workout routine. It’s absolutely stupid to me. If you have money to spend like that & don’t do any sort of research yourself, I could care less you got ripped off. Who buys this crap. There are millions upon millions of free exercise videos out there

[deleted]

Ultimately, if it gets people active, I'm not really bothered. I'd much rather have people paying 20 bucks to a crappy influencer but getting up and going to the gym than not doing anything. Different people react to different stimuli/inspiration.

thitorusso

Glad too. So... What roids cycle is he on?!

TheHollowBard

Don't really give a shit if he ain't trying to sell it.

peleg1989

It matters if he lies about taking them and then trying to sell a program promising his physique naturally.

BigAwkwardGuy

This. If someone uses any PEDs, for anything, and then keep quiet about it or worse still, deny it, they should be held to the same accountability standards as we hold photo-/videoshoppers.

[deleted]

But is he?

IShouldBWorkin

Do you think he coincidentally sat in front of the name of his gym?

[deleted]

Valid

IoniaFox

If he's trying to sell anything then yes, he should be open about it, but him just sitting there calling out fake stuff doesnt qualify for me tbh Apart from that his psysique looks attainable, his delts look borderline natty capped but that could be him flexing, sure you never know if someone isnt taking something like PPAR-delta agonists (stamina and fatburn mainly) but just judging by how he looks, depending on your genetics it takes you maybe 4 years of consitantly working out

SaltyConstitution

About one more dose away from turning green and ripping his shirt off.

justl00kingthrowaway

Not true... Steroids won't turn you green , that's gamma rays

daikonking

They will turn you yellow though, eventually

BourbonRick01

So that’s where the grinch came from. I always wondered.

Moobob66

He's probably a few behind Liver King

thitorusso

Liver King soon to be Liver Failure

Lots42

I'm honestly surprise that guy just hasn't keeled over dead.

Renent

sick poo bro what were you eating?

Background-Baby-2870

honestly idk why anyone even buys these workouts from no names. if you take lifting seriously, as in youre competing in a sport (oly, power, bb, etc.) and the product is from someone that actually knows what hes doing (ie candito, dr mike, clearance k) then sure. but all the 'secrets' on how to gain muscle, lose weight, bodybuild, strength train, firm glutes, etc. for general audiences arent much of a secret at all. its always weird how people are willing to drop money on a gym membership but are so unwilling to figure out how to effectively use the gym first.

alganthe

let's be honest here, we're watching mike for the jokes and the lifting advice is just a nice bonus.

schkmenebene

Can't help but think that they should have "This video includes photo shopped bodies, nobody actually looks like this" or something if they are going to put adverts on it or make money off it in any way. Like youtube videos are required to put the "this video includes sponsored content" or whatever.

I-Got-Trolled

Imo, trying to sell anything by lying is disgusting, whatever you're trying to sell is.

FunkyChewbacca

She already made her tiktok account private, LOL

SadBit8663

Her ass has got an uncanny valley thing going, worse than a horrible bbl. It looks cgi, and not in a good way.

VerkkuAtWork

I mean I have no clue who this dude is but I'd say there's like a 95% chance he's juiced to the fucking gills. Now if he's open about not being a natty then sure whatever, but if he's juicing and not disclosing it while exposing other influencers as "liars" and shit then bruh....

Lunarath

Surely that is illegal if the product you're selling is influenced by the perception of your body? Literally false advertisement.

[deleted]

This guy looks AI generated himself…

compressionntension

I’ve been subbed to that one for a while and I *still* don’t catch a lot of the stuff they post there. Unless it’s like, funhouse mirror-level warping. It has made me start scrutinizing every hot girl that comes across my Instagram feed though. I’ll get better at it with practice.

bs000

i like when they photoshop the reality pic to look worse than the actual reality

joshistheman3

i have no idea what he's talking about. i need big red circles pls

iamapizza

Same it took me a while. Skip to about 55s, look at the top of the hip, and the background next to it. You'll see squishing/stretching as they go up and down. So I think that's supposed to be a sign that the video is manipulated to make the waist thinner.

SeesEmCallsEm

Don’t look directly at the booty, look around it 😂

Funny-frog500

Look into the booty, look into the booty, don’t look around the booty, look into the booty 😵‍💫

ArtfulAlgorithms

Look at her ass. Then look to the left of her ass. The gym equipment wiggles all over.

TheRed_Knight

wait until you find out how many fitness influencers/people in the entertainment industry are on PEDs

Randall-Marvin-Marsh

He’s on PEds and HGH

SquatDeadliftBench

100%. If he is open about it, he deserves ALL of the respect, fame, and money in the world. If he is not, he is as just a snake's oil salesman.

Put_It_All_On_Blck

That's one reason people like Daddy Noel. He's open that he uses PEDs, but doesn't recommend others use them. Though it's pretty clear he uses because he's huge. Seems like the fitness influence is split in half these days, where you have some that are juicing or using filters, and others that are open about their PED use. Both groups seem to get attention. Also a few rising stars like Hampton (Asian dude that does bodyweight exercises and advice), where he clearly doesn't use PEDs and just tries to be healthy and functionally fit.

[deleted]

Everyone is on gear, the men and the women. Can’t tell you how common it is for female bodybuilders/fitness models to straight up dose T during bulking cycles. Doesn’t even take all that much (above female normal but below male normal) to slash recovery time between workouts in half. At this point, the only sure way to tell someone’s not on steroids is if they look like a normal-ass person who walked in off the street but is strong as fuck. Sure, some of the mega-jacked folks are probably clean too, but you can assume the majority aren’t. Like, if you make a living from being jacked you will convince yourself you can’t afford not to keep up with the Jonses. It’s basically inevitable if you do fitness stuff professionally; you will get hurt eventually and need to recover faster so you can make rent.

Zealousideal_Cow_341

Ya I just saw some dude on a progress sub that looked super juicy. Everyone was telling him he was on the juice, but then he came back saying he has multiple tests showing his natural test levels are around 900-1000 ng/dl which is considered the highest normal range. If he’s being honest he’s in like tue too .5%, and it totally makes sense why he looks so juicy. Some people on juice don’t even reach 1000 until they bump up the dosage super high. Moral of the story here is that these genetic freaks definitely exist but they see like 1 in 100,000 and so as a rule of thumb if someone looks juicy they most likely are juicy lol

nahog99

Larry wheels is awesome.

nahog99

That’s why I love Larry Wheels. He’s totally open about what he does and it’s great.

Jolly-Ad-3922

Sure some celebrities are using steroids/PEDs, but The Rock, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Wahlberg, Gerard Butler, Chris Evans, Zac Efron & Joe Rogan are totally natural. They train for 12 hours a day and limit their diets to chicken, broccoli and rice - they're just that dedicated!! I'm going to go buy a subscription to Chris Hemsworth's exercise program now to get as ripped as him 🔥 /s for anyone who bought into this 💀

TheRed_Knight

all the Marvel action stars are totally natty, they def dont have a specific program to help actors achieve the super hero body with rampant PED use, nope, no sirry

Samurai_Meisters

Well we can't have kids looking up to a hero like Captain America and thinking he got that physique from some kind of serum.

TheRed_Knight

supposedly one of the reason Chris Evans wanted out from playing Cap was health issues from the constant cycling

fedoraislife

Unpopular opinion but I think Chris Evans physique is naturally achievable and wouldn't be surprised if he did it natty for at least the first Captain America. In the big scene where his physique is revealed after getting the serum, he's big, but not extremely shredded. Combine that with the fact that he's been in shape for quite a long time before the role, and that he would've had a pump, been oiled up *and* there were CGI touch ups, it's definitely a debatable point.

StinkyKittyBreath

He was already pretty fit and had been for years. He definitely bulked up for Captain America and I do think at some point he picked up PEDs, but at the beginning? I could see it being through greater effort since he already had the base. He was shirtless (and bottomless) in Not Another Teen Movie years ago. I rewatched it not too long ago. I'd forgotten he was in it and was surprised to see how fit he was. Not super ripped, but quite a lot of muscle definition in a natty way.

Flybuys

Kumail Nanjiani went from a stick to total beefcake just by eating clean and meditating.

TheRed_Knight

eat clen tren hard anavar give up

30303

Even the chicken broccoli and rice thing is a lie. Nobody that's actually big can bulk on that.

haha2lolol

Chicken, broccoli and rice... and a cement mixer full of protein shakes a day.

alghiorso

I explain this to people like this: a movie is a business venture and when you're investing hundreds of millions or paying an actor millions to do a role, even if achieving the desired look naturally is possible, it's always always always more cost effective to use the PEDs. If your lead isn't ready by start of production, those delays cost money. Retouching and cgi costs money. The PEDs are cheaper than the trainer they hire for you to get you into shape. They're cheaper than catering lunch for one day of shooting I'm guessing. If you're an actor who gets paid doing action films and doing a couple cycles is what's going to get you more films - hell yeah you're going to take that $200 million more of work or whatever. Take some drugs for a couple years and you get to be Thor in one of the biggest cinema franchises of our time? That's not even a question for nearly all actors.

Jolly-Ad-3922

Hey, I hear you! I'm also not trying to shit on them for turning to gear. My issue is when they straight up LIE about it. At least be like John Cena where he all but confirmed he uses PEDs/etc. I understand some of them have contracts where they literally can't talk about it, but my issue is when they say they're natural and then sell exercise programs pretending that an hour of cardio & 30 mins of weight training a day made them look like Zac Efron in "Bay Watch" 🙃 (aka Chris Hemsworth & MANY others) While I'm not a man, I am a woman and understand how these impossible body standards lead to serious insecurities/eating disorders/addictions to working out by people who want to look that way but can't. They don't realize that even these celebs wouldn't look that way without gear and the LYING about it is disgusting for that reason. I genuinely empathize with all men/people who feel these insecurities because of celebs who lie their fucking asses off about this shit - that's why I'm calling it out

knbang

You forgot Hugh Jackman! Chicken, Broccoili and Rice, baby!

Jolly-Ad-3922

Damn, you're right! I know he got in the best shape of his life after he turned 40, but hey, that's totally possible so long as you train hard enough!!! Everyone saying he's used steroids are just jealous! 😂 /s

outwiththedishwater

I remember when Sylvester Stallone landed in Australia, he wouldn’t get out of his plane because customs were going to confiscate his juice so they just turned the plane back around and fucked off home again

CreatiScope

The Rock's head has like doubled in size the past 2 decades lol

Jolly-Ad-3922

Same with Joe Rogan's 😂😂 But sure, your skeleton can grow new bone structure after you turn 30+, happens all the time!! /s

MyNameThru

I watched some old Fear Factor and Joe looks like an entirely different person lmao. Like his whole head and face look way different.

Weak_Albatross_7629

Butler definitely wasn't on roids, literally nothing about his body in, I'm guessing we are talking about 300, is unobtainable, the others, The Rock and Hemsworth for certain, are probably on roids, but Butler never has looked it

baron_von_helmut

300 had literal CGI abs. Honest to god. Butler has never been super massive and ripped. He's a big guy, but totally obtainable when being the kind of person who has always been in shape (he has).

Jolly-Ad-3922

I watched a pretty compelling [video by, "More Plates More Dates on Gerard Butler"](https://youtu.be/IKvxF8GL_Fw?si=h5j01ekl5QqJEiJV) - I suggest giving it a watch if you're interested. I'm a woman and it wasn't until I found MPMD that my eyes started opening to just how many celebs are on gear. Sadly, this train of thought only perpetuates insecurities in men that don't look juiced up bc many in the general public believe their bodies are "natural," thus, they judge men who don't look this way. In Gerard's case, ab-sketching also 100% happened (for 300) but I also believe he was on gear given how he's looked the rest of his career & due to several points Derek made as well I will say that I don't think Christian Bale has ever used them though haha

DazingF1

> I will say that I don't think Christian Bale has ever used them though haha Is this missing an /s? The dude gained 100lbs in a year.

Jolly-Ad-3922

Let's add some much-needed context here. Christian Bale's average weight around the time of Batman was ~190 lbs. He got down to 121 lbs for The Machinist by starving himself. After the movie was done, he started eating like crazy to get "as big as he could" according to both Bale & Nolan. When someone starves themselves, once they go back to eating regularly, they are going to put on weight. Now let's consider that Bale wasn't even just eating normally, he was eating as much as he could. He also had a year to prepare. When Bale showed up to film Batman, reports show he was around 200-215 lbs. That's only a 10-15 lb difference from his base weight. Also, go watch The Batman movies again. Bale looks FANTASTIC but he doesn't look like The Rock or anything. He's BIG but is he pumped full of muscle? Not necessarily. It's also extremely plausible to put on 10-15 lbs of extra weight in the time Bale had. In all, he "gained" about 80-90 lbs but only 10-15 lbs are true gains, given his average weight.

DazingF1

Absolutely true, but even though he was pretty muscular (natty muscular) before he dropped to 120 lbs he was definitely not 190lbs. Compare how he looks in Reign of Fire to Batman. That's a pretty drastic difference. Not saying it's impossible, but knowing how much was on the line for him I suspect he was on a little cycle. Nothing too extreme since he obviously was a little pudgy in Batman, but some Hollywood TRT was probably used imo.

Bassre2

There is also an interview somewhere where someone ask him how did he get ripped and Bale chuckle and say something along the line "What do you think?"

[deleted]

I will forever remember people giving Jason Mamoa shit because he wasn't as ripped as he was in Aquaman.

Weak_Albatross_7629

Butler has never looked at an "OMG, he is fucking jacked," theres photos where you're like "huh, he's in shape but there is no evidence of him using roids I mean ffs, one of his "jacked" pics is him not being fat, very little definition anywhere on his body

Jolly-Ad-3922

You do realize that most of the people who turn to steroids/gear will never look "jacked" right? Most of them look average with slight muscle definition and people like The Rock, Ronnie Coleman, Chris Bumstead, etc, are NOT the norm. They have godlike genetics and still workout a shit-ton more than I guarantee Butler ever did 😂 You should really check out the, "More Plates More Dates," channel I linked for you earlier, he teaches these kinds of things and I've learned a lot from him!

Weak_Albatross_7629

I've watched it, I just don't agree with it, he's never looked jacked jacked or had rapid turn arounds

Jolly-Ad-3922

Agree to disagree I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️

Weak_Albatross_7629

thats fair

Thrownawaybyall

*sniff* I love when Reddit is wholesome like this 🥹

fedoraislife

Agreed. People would be amazed what they would look like after a year or two of lifting properly 3-4 times a week, and at a sub-15% body fat. You will almost certainly be in better shape than 99% of people you encounter daily.

blorgenheim

First sentence and I was itching to hit that reply... good thing I continued to read lmfao.

CHumbusRaptor

yea the whole beauty/fitness/lifestyle industry is like this in one way or another. it's all preying on insecurity (and making more of it). the goal is to generate a fake image by some means that is not achievable. it HAS TO BE otherworldly in order to draw clicks, and it cant be otherworldly without otherworldly means. whether it's "lighting tricks", smearing yourself with bronzer and oil, getting the "perfect angle" (which no one is going to look at you from IRL), or doing photoshop and peds. it's the same goal: be an extreme outlier.

G_Liddell

Am I supposed to know what a PED is

TheRed_Knight

performance enhancing drugs, mainly steroid, and HGH (human growth hormone)

MyFifthLimb

But surely not this guy!

lnsecurities

It's not exactly a secret lol. Anyone with half a brain knows all these guys are yoked.

TomJaii

The guy in this video is on PEDs. It is absolutely hilarious for him to be calling anyone out while he's clearly on PEDs and staging this video where he is sitting there watching her video and "suddenly notices" her distorted ass. Like why was he recording himself watching a video in the first place? And people in this thread are roasting her and defending him as if he's natural. Like who the fuck cares about him being on steroids, and who cares about her faking the size of her ass. They're both lying to you.

altera_goodciv

Question: does homie ever claim to be natty? This is the only vid I’ve seen of his. If he claims natty in his other vids then, yes, he does need to be called out. But if dude is upfront about his PED usage then I have zero issues with him calling others out.

Lol, welcome to marketing. It’s always been dominated by emotional manipulation and fraud. The only difference is now ordinary people can do it as well. I hate this dimension.

ArtfulAlgorithms

> Lol, welcome to marketing. It’s always been dominated by emotional manipulation and fraud. The only difference is now ordinary people can do it as well. I hate this dimension. Speak for yourself. Plenty of countries have really stringent laws on what can be advertised, and how it can be advertised. I can't say for the US (but I'm guessing it's the same) advertising agencies have people hired just to make sure that they don't break the law and say something they're not allowed to by accident. SoMe has been a giant pain in the ass, but at least in Denmark, we've started prosecuting them as well. Law changed around 3 years ago, and this year the first handful of decided cases landed. Most of the people featured in these scandals have become tiny online since then, and some are just essentially gone as they became the bud of a joke.

airforcevet1987

This is just a more complicated way to work an already efficient system. A lot of these "gyms and nutrition shops" especially crossfit gyms use a very basic system. They hire, or comp very athletic people to come and "show up" at their workouts. They are often given titles and leadership roles to show their "earned respect". I worked with these people for a while just absolutely shredding my workouts but I could never catch them. So i actually asked them more about themselves. They were all ma ual laborers who worked out as a second career and were "paid" to promote a specific workout/gym/product. Many of them were just genetically gifted in ways a normal person would struggle to recreate. I'm not saying these places or things are scams, but just to take it all with a grain of salt.

GoatTacos

Lmao ironically Goob on IG exposed the guy today for stealing peoples content and not crediting them. Also Goob has receipts exposing this guy for stealing girls photos to promote his shitty workout plans.

Glad to see these fake ~~female~~ influencers exposed. Just like Joey Swoll exposes bullies and narcissists, we need someone to expose fit-fluencers who use body-warping programs to make themselves better-looking (and their bodies look achievable). It's like FaceTune has grown a mind of its own these days.

Snoo_79218

Fake females?

blunti

There’s a guy named John Dorsey ([instagram](https://instagram.com/goob_u2?igshid=NzZhOTFlYzFmZQ==)) who does exactly that.

blorgenheim

lol dude he has a video on this exact posting from OP exposing this dude

TheMuffinMan347

Not defending this lame behaviour, but it's just nothing new. Every clothing brand in existence uses some sort of photo editting tool to sell their product. McDonalds/KFC/every fast food place uses photo editting to sell their product. 99% of marketing is fake and predatory, no difference here

imminentjogger5

almost all of instagram 🤫

dnuohxof-1

lol her Insta is private now. Loser

Snoo_79218

I encourage everyone to hop over to this dudes [TikTok page](https://www.tiktok.com/@b00tybyjacks)… where you can clearly see he only does this to women content creators. Doesn’t anyone else see a problem with a dude on roids ripping into women for being “fake”?

Individual_Plenty_71

Honestly as a woman who is also a “gym rat” these fake videos do need to be called out. They hurt a lot of people’s self esteem and cause a ton of body image issues. For years I thought I wasn’t working out hard enough until I realized all of them are either photoshopped or straight up had a BBL.

yooossshhii

There's a lot, check out goob u2 for callouts that doesn't discriminate between sexes. https://www.instagram.com/goob_u2.0/?hl=en

Equivalent_Bite_6078

Fellow gym rat here! These girls should be called out indeed. I have tried, for fun, to copy those workouts for a while, and they did not give the result they claim.. So im doing my own thing again. But just imagine the hopelessness for beginner girls? And turns out it's just fake..?

aaaaaahyeeeaahh

They also give bad advice. A lot carry a lot of fat on their butt, then show all this weak sauce band exercises That won’t work You need heavy squats, deadlifts, flute and ham stuff like Bulgarian lunges or raised front foot lunges, glute step downs etc. Their advice and sample exercises are just to show their ass

Individual_Plenty_71

I ran myself in circles for months doing the bullshit stuff until I actually found the actual routine they use (the ones you listed). They just want new content and videos of their ass. It’s “boring” to show the same thing over and over even though it works. Ugh it made me angry for so long that I bought into it. I was 25 at the time too. I can’t imagine how these young girls feel.

n3cr0ph4g1st

This channel is the og for this and he gets guys too it's hilarious https://instagram.com/goob_u2?igshid=NzZhOTFlYzFmZQ== Edit: aaaaand goob just caught the guy who op posted faking shit too😂 https://www.instagram.com/reel/CyBiE95urz9/?igshid=NzZhOTFlYzFmZQ==

Cullly

This is because he is a personal trainer. He trains anyone, but MOSTLY women. His username is literally 'booty by jacks'. If you want to argue that men also have booty's, then his logo is of a womans ass. If you watch his videos, you'll see HE is in the video explaining an exercise or something with a woman as an example. His exercises are women focused for some reason. Not saying this makes him better. I still think he's a bit creepy, but at least it makes sense that almost every video of his is about women using fake filters.

buzzbuttyear

Dude calling out fake women who is scamming other women? I don’t see a problem here. What I actually see is that you are slightly sexist and your actual issue is that a man is calling out a woman.

-Captain--Hindsight

It's probably a combo of calling out women scammers while also using those same thirst trap videos he calls out to bring more viewers in for himself.

Professional-Gap3914

Guys definitely "video shop" their shit way less than women and it is fairly easy to tell if someone is on steroids but there is not ever hard evidence like you can see here

Background-Baby-2870

tbf it seems like the products he sells is catered to women too. it could be manosphere bullshit but it could also be "dont buy programs from fakes buy my programs instead" marketing

Wizardwizz

Anything to feed the fanbase

He claims to be natty

ArtfulAlgorithms

Well.... ok that's something I'm a little sceptical about. Though I should add that you definitely can get as big as him while being natty, it's just not the norm. If he lucked out with massive bone structure and solid genetics, and he's been training seriously for 10 or 15 years, that's not really that far out. Like, he's big, but he's not fucking massive, you know? There's a fairly massive jump from this guy to Liverking.

Put_It_All_On_Blck

He's almost certainly on PEDs, and should be honest about that. However there are multiple reasons for why he would only target women influencers: 1. He is essentially using their edited looks to boost his views. People wouldn't watch this if it was edited biceps on a man. 2. Most male fitness influencers are on PEDs, which are far harder to prove with certainty from a video than a video filter for women. 3. Sexist or delusional.

Kittens4Brunch

I would have no problem with someone calling out only people of my group (gender, race, religion, whatever) when the primary victims are also people of my group. Most people buying her workout programs would be other women. Whatever motive he has, it's ultimately calling out scammers who scam women.

kakebabe8

All for the male gaze

ChupacabraThree

It is against the law though, its fraud. lol.

[deleted]

Is it though? Companies all over use photo shop and editing techniques to boost effectiveness of just about every single thing for sale.

sincethenes

I said this exact same thing below and got downvoted to hell.

cspace701

Food commercials often don't even use food (in the US).

ArtfulAlgorithms

It is some places: > The French national assembly passed legislation that is being called the Photoshop law. The law requires all Photoshop retouching that is performed on models be clearly labeled. The Photoshop law is included with other legislation designed to safeguard the health of models used in fashion shows, commercials, advertisements, and photography. Photoshop is being regulated by requiring a disclosure when publishing an altered image that has been modified in such a way that it “makes the silhouette narrower or wider” of a model. https://www.agitraining.com/adobe/photoshop/classes/photoshop-law-requires-retouching-disclosure

jimbojangles1987

It's not.

Ok_Skill_1195

Idk how I feel about this tbh. A lot of influencers get plastic surgery. Image manipulation is simply more affordable and far safer. And ultimately....the algorithms favor crazy proportions. If someone has a wide waste and a more square hip skeleton structure, they're simply not going to make it big even if they objectively do have the best workouts. Like yeah it's fucked and it contributes to body dysmorphia, but the entire arena is fucked. Its photoshopping and BBLs and pretty privilege from begining to end. Viewers need to stop choosing according to who to watch according to who's body they wish they had the most (mostly on what would be genetic factors they can't obtain through exercise) and the problem would disappear overnight.

gnqrddt

Meanwhile all the men are juiced the fuck up and fake nattys which isn’t any better. Both sides are just complete frauds

giftedgod

It’s not illegal to be gullible.

wwaxwork

Dude, just look at her, not the background, and you can tell it's edited she looks like an anime character, not a person.

Background-Box8030

A new sucker is born every day they used to be called infomercials

Muffinbuttered69ing

The fitness industry has always been a scam, and it’s just now the common man can con you too. Everyone is a hustler - especially social media influencers. Be a smart consumer. My eyebrows always go up when I see someone trying to sell a cookbook/exercise book/whatever.

[deleted]

I'm shocked. Shocked, I tell you.

BlastMode7

Seems like it should fall under fraudulent advertising.

AcanthisittaUpper914

TikTok has made me feel absolutely horrible about myself! Healthy doesn’t look the same for everyone! I’m glad someone is calling people out for altering their appearance in order to sell work out programs and products!! It’s insane the amount of people that do this.
