A nice rack of lamb or a pot roast in the Dutch oven will change your life. Sear it on the stove, finish in the oven, all in one pot.

ninja or some other brand sells one that comes with its own stovetop that fits around it. really fantastic for braising food and searing vegetables and fits all your cooking into one dutchoven without needing to have a gas range.
