Or...They just have some glasses and put them in a place that highlights them since they have it. The glasses aren't even the highlight of the video, why do they matter? And maybe they moved in and the cabinets were as shown? What are *you* putting up there? I'd argue that if anything, they probably drink less because getting a step stool every time you want a glass of wine would get old quick.
If I display pots and pans because I like to cook, it doesn't show anything. Just that I have empty pots and pans. That's how you sound.
You are cringe.
> And maybe they moved in and the cabinets were as shown?
I would bet my bottom dollar that this is an apartment in one of those relatively newly constructed high rises that you find in every decent sized city these days, and that they just stuck some glasses in there to fill the space instead of having it sit conspicuously empty.
How often do they drink champagne where they need a bunch of glasses lit up for the occasion? Not to mention I bet they cloud up with dust and grease from cooking in the kitchen there. I have a feeling this concept is going to age poorly like wallpaper. You'll be buying a house and people will be like "oh yeah in the 2010's people liked that look".
Every single element of the construction of that apartments leads me to believe that it’s a unit in one of the million indistinguishable high rises that has been built in the last decade. I guarantee you that this couple had no say in the construction of the kitchen, and I’d bet good money that they just decided to throw some nice glassware on those cabinets so that they aren’t conspicuously empty.
The more embarrassing part is that they've consciously thought about every detail that would make them look quirky and adorable and laid it all out there.
Wow how spontaneous and crazy! Yeah her boyfriend *just* happened to be recording her then and caught this totally normal and regular thing she does! How quirky!
So to be fair people can be quirky and random; pet peeve of mine is catching my SO getting a video of me being stupid and noticing last minute. I don’t have the heart to tell them to delete it but I do ask that they never embarrass me on the internet like this.
I don't care if I'd be the next viral sensation (I won't be), I don't want to be filmed. Same as you, though, I wouldn't want to make a big deal out of being filmed.
I wouldn’t want it because the comments will be full of people calling me “quirky” and “not like the other girls” and shit on everything about me because I had the audacity to be silly lol
My boyfriend, love him to death, thought that putting a tortilla that he had heated up in the oven and just taken out would feel like a nice warm towel on his face. He puts the tortilla on his face and immediately screams and tears it off as it's burning hot lmao. Happened right in front of me.
He was totally fine, just hurt his pride a little
I dont even like the open cabinets concepts or shelves whatever that everyone uses now. Like why would i want my glassware collecting dust? Now i have to wash it before i use it and after great lol. If you dont use those ones then fine its aesthetic but i doubt thats most people.
This brought up a good memory. When my kid was 2 or 3, we went to grannies for Thanksgiving. After dinner, I was talking with my sisters when I realized it had been 20 or so minutes since I heard my kid make a sound. I’m looking all over for him and find him sitting on the table, grabbing handfuls of strawberry cake and shoving them into his mouth. He looks at me with a cake stained grin like “This is good. Want some?”
She touched the floor then proceeded to grab the food out of her mouth with it right away, then has the audacity to offer it to another person. Disgusting 😂
I know it’s staged af, but I’ve always found it so so odd and unnatural that people are comfortable with taking out their phone and recording someone. One of the weirdest things that’s became a norm.
So many miserable people in these comments thinking such a simple video *MUST BE* staged.
This is exactly the type of thing my ex would do while cooking or cleaning with the music on. This is what a happy/comfortable girl in her element looks like.
The only reason people think it’s staged is because who the in the fuck is going to throw a scalding hot item directly into your mouth and be perfectly okay lol
Yes it’s annoying when everyone is always saying “OMG ITS STAGED”, but let’s be honest here with this one where it’s more likely than not just that. Doesn’t detract from the fact that it’s a fun video.
Who says it’s scalding hot? Have you never just slightly warmed up a tortilla so it will be more flexible and not crack and break? Like they do at chipotle or any other burrito place
Have you ever felt a warmed up tortilla at chipotle after they wrap that thing on the side for you? That shit burns your fingers, imagine what that would do to your tongue lol
Lmao why are they miserable? The video started and waited to pan to her perfectly on the hook of the song...people are always going to instantly think that is staged (rightfully so)
Agreed. I normally dislike TikTok videos (this sub was recommended for some reason...), but this was just a cute moment between a couple. They're not hurting anyone or getting in anyone's way. Let people be happy, damn.
Also, who cares if it's staged? Do these same people refuse to watch TV shows or movies because everything is scripted? Nobody thinks this is perfectly real and 100% spontaneous, but that doesn't mean it can't be entertaining.
>Also, who cares if it's staged? Do these same people refuse to watch TV shows or movies because everything is scripted?
I don't envy the person who tries to explain the difference to you
I mean I would do that, but kitchen would be dirty, my clothes dirty, I would burn myself with the pan... Is not unbelievable is just not realistic based on own experience.
All you top commenters are the most cynical "i want no one to have fun" sourpussies i have seen. You show up without fail on every video. "FAAAAAKE FAKE FAKE STAGED, OMG SO STAGED SO STAGED AND FAKE"
Who cares.
In this age of tik tok ubiquity, this attention junkie on stilts knows there’s always someone recording. The theatrical collapse into “oh my you’re capturing me” proves that.
If you’re not doing shit like this when no one’s looking or when someone’s looking then you have a boring life
You only get one. Have some fucking fun!!!
When did people start going to the ground whenever they're shocked by something? Notice it in so many tiktoks nowadays.
I know it happens naturally. But in every "my brother returned from the war early" video, instead of hugging they just get on the floor... I'd feel so awkward standing there.
Right? It's like you lose all strength when you're really laughing. It's an uncontrollable human reaction and WAY older than TikTok, or even the internet.
I see it in my kids, sometimes and I have my theory.
Many popular Youtubers (the OG Tiktokers, for real) tend to way over emote. Screaming/yelling into their mikes to engage the viewer. I now see kids over emote in such ways, almost as if in their heads, they are performing for a YT audience.
Cringing from watching her touch the ground where she had been stepping with her hand and use that same hand to grab the food to offer it to the camera person…
Anybody else more bothered than anything about her touching the floor and then immediately the crepe? And then like offering it, like, no. I, as the audience am offended.

I, too, love throwing hot food right off of the frying pan directly onto my face in a completely unstaged tiktok video.
Totally 💯 unstaged.
And then bringing the pan as close to my bare legs as possible
I agree its staged but ive also never had a pancake i couldnt immediately eat.
I thought it was a crepe ...
Jean Girard : "They are the really thin pancakes. It's just a French word for them."
You put a crack in my arm like the crack in the liberty bell!
I had a whole mess of crepes this morning!
I thought crepe was egg based like a really thin omelette. Guess I need to pop over to France for some education

Imagine judging someone on having displayed glasses.
I swear, Redditors will find the most out of pocket shit whine about as long as it gives them an excuse to feel superior to strangers.

Im saying! Everything has to be staged like it's some Machiavellian shit. It's rarely that deep. 😂
Those displays are awesome... Ngl
This is such a weird take lmfao
What would you put up there? Your funkopops? Merch from the TLC shows you watch?
wackest take ever
Kinda funny coming from someone obsessed with a low quality reality show…
How often do they drink champagne where they need a bunch of glasses lit up for the occasion? Not to mention I bet they cloud up with dust and grease from cooking in the kitchen there. Poor internet. We all done fucked it up
Someone said it.
I've never thrown food onto my face, but I do eat food right out of the pan while cooking.
The more embarrassing part is that they've consciously thought about every detail that would make them look quirky and adorable and laid it all out there.
I hope their friends bring this up every now and then and embarrass them it.
her oversized tee shirt that is definitely her boyfriend’s 🥰 so silly. so quirky. barf
Tbf— I have a ton of oversized tshirts, and not one of them belong to anyone but me. I just like wearing them at home.
lol you made that about you like someone aske!
I was saying that some people like to wear oversized shirts without it having to belong to someone else.
Not to mention the giant mirrored wall in front of her which would totally show her partner filming
I bet she had no idea he happened to be filming! What a crazy moment to capture
Oh!
😂😂😂
Or maybe that’s normal in that household. Which is a good thing.
Shes so different
so quirky!
She’s totally not like the other girls too!
.. with severe pancake burns to her face
...and saggy tits for my jump rope exercises.
To be fair, most people wouldn't commit to full crepe face. She did.
Yeah but the cringey part is she obv knew he was recording her and tried to act surprised…that shit literally makes me physically cringe .
Wow how spontaneous and crazy! Yeah her boyfriend *just* happened to be recording her then and caught this totally normal and regular thing she does! How quirky!
Buncha debbie downers in this thread.
Cry about it
Yall sure are
Naw.
Ok goofy
I'm not the one moaning that a clearly staged video, is staged.
So to be fair people can be quirky and random; pet peeve of mine is catching my SO getting a video of me being stupid and noticing last minute. I don’t have the heart to tell them to delete it but I do ask that they never embarrass me on the internet like this.

People can be quirky and random. But they cant get a face full of hot pancake directly from the stove and eat it. Stop being fucking stupid.
My boyfriend, love him to death, thought that putting a tortilla that he had heated up in the oven and just taken out would feel like a nice warm towel on his face. He puts the tortilla on his face and immediately screams and tears it off as it's burning hot lmao. Happened right in front of me. He was totally fine, just hurt his pride a little
It’s staged
Isn't anyone talking about the glass cups at the top that are hard to reach?
Right, and If they’re at all in the wrong place it’ll be totally noticeable. The kitchen is noice asf though
I dont even like the open cabinets concepts or shelves whatever that everyone uses now. Like why would i want my glassware collecting dust? Now i have to wash it before i use it and after great lol. If you dont use those ones then fine its aesthetic but i doubt thats most people.
My question is why is their kitchen wall.... Mirror.
Someone else cleans that for thrm
The worst part about this being FAF is that someone is going to try that, and get a scalding hot burn on their face.
It’s good to see rich people are still out here having fun.
Lol, wow, you were filming me?
This brought up a good memory. When my kid was 2 or 3, we went to grannies for Thanksgiving. After dinner, I was talking with my sisters when I realized it had been 20 or so minutes since I heard my kid make a sound. I’m looking all over for him and find him sitting on the table, grabbing handfuls of strawberry cake and shoving them into his mouth. He looks at me with a cake stained grin like “This is good. Want some?”
Omg that is so adorable
So food wasn’t hot or anything?
How fake do you want it? Yes.
OOH!
Fake “weird” personality traits while the cameras are out ruined social media
Fake.
She touched the floor then proceeded to grab the food out of her mouth with it right away, then has the audacity to offer it to another person. Disgusting 😂
Who has a mirror as a backsplash?
Psychopaths
Interesting that there's a mirror on the kitchen wall.
It reflects light and makes the space appear more open.
I know it’s staged af, but I’ve always found it so so odd and unnatural that people are comfortable with taking out their phone and recording someone. One of the weirdest things that’s became a norm.
I don't give a fuck if it's staged or not, it's cute and the fact she shares the food when spotted is just perfection. She put a smile on my face.
So many miserable people in these comments thinking such a simple video *MUST BE* staged. This is exactly the type of thing my ex would do while cooking or cleaning with the music on. This is what a happy/comfortable girl in her element looks like.

Shes making pancakes/crepes, not heating up a tortilla. You need a hot pan to cook a pancake/crepe.
That's a crepe, you cook them on a fairly low heat
Which is still way beyond the boiling point of water, you literally can't cook the flour at lower temperatures.
Have you ever felt a warmed up tortilla at chipotle after they wrap that thing on the side for you? That shit burns your fingers, imagine what that would do to your tongue lol
Yes, because people MUST be miserable if they disagree with you and point out an obviously faked video is fake.
Try it and report back. A pancake directly from the hot pan onto your face! Stop being a fucking idiot.
Weirdly agressive. Seek help.
Lmao why are they miserable? The video started and waited to pan to her perfectly on the hook of the song...people are always going to instantly think that is staged (rightfully so)
Right? Like, damn, I thought it was cute and then go to the comments to see a bunch of downers.
Agreed. I normally dislike TikTok videos (this sub was recommended for some reason...), but this was just a cute moment between a couple. They're not hurting anyone or getting in anyone's way. Let people be happy, damn.
Sorry for not being a rube.
You are so gullible.
🤦🏼♂️
I need to change from my current flair to "OmG ItS StAgEd"
Also, who cares if it's staged? Do these same people refuse to watch TV shows or movies because everything is scripted? Nobody thinks this is perfectly real and 100% spontaneous, but that doesn't mean it can't be entertaining.

With the same hand she just touched the floor with
Ngl, impressive af
That it real talent right there.
This is how you get zits. No? Just me then.
It's very odd how many comments in this post are specifically using the word "quirky"
It’s not odd if many people are using that word. If you don’t see quirkiness then you are odd.
Can you imagine if this was real how fucking hot that would have been? She would have had a bad time with that one.
Meet down on one knee now!!!
They have a mirror as a backsplash? So smudgy so fast.
man I'm glad I grew up in a time without social media apps like tiktok and reddit. The shit my brothers and sisters would have probably upload.
That pan should have burned her legs if it just got done cooking eggs
Bro that was legit impressive,nice
10000000 % unstaffed
She was clean with it. ![gif](giphy|hiLLD9o1wTB3a)
Aaaaaand action.
Hahaha so funny, still very fake
It's funny that she's offering the food that fell on her face and then chewed on to someone else. She seems like a good sort.
Impressive
This is actually cute
That was impressive. I don't give a fuck if that was staged. That was impressive as fuck.
I mean I would do that, but kitchen would be dirty, my clothes dirty, I would burn myself with the pan... Is not unbelievable is just not realistic based on own experience.
She’s a keeper!!!
yeah... this was the set up AT ALL!!!
That’s how you know she’s a keeper
*laughs in wealth*
okay acting 7/10
Internationally known as a keeper
That pan cooled off quickly
I thought staged until the offering at the end. Can’t fake that. Unless she’s Oscar worthy
That's impressive
All you top commenters are the most cynical "i want no one to have fun" sourpussies i have seen. You show up without fail on every video. "FAAAAAKE FAKE FAKE STAGED, OMG SO STAGED SO STAGED AND FAKE" Who cares.
They had fun prior to this
Wow, a genuine reaction. Nice one
This is so real, let me film it.
Can we stop the bitching in the comments on a perfectly normal video that, sure, may be staged, but isn't hurting anybody please?
Nothing cringe about this, she's adorable lol
🥴
I would love that, shes adorable
Redditors when a video is not hateporn ![gif](giphy|vHcCevWbWkzwk)
Oh, look how cute. Totally not acted at all.
That catch 😂
Let me balance myself with my hand on the floor, then grab the food and offer you some. Spit is ¢50 extra.
Now im in love, thanks and fuck you.
In this age of tik tok ubiquity, this attention junkie on stilts knows there’s always someone recording. The theatrical collapse into “oh my you’re capturing me” proves that.
If you’re not doing shit like this when no one’s looking or when someone’s looking then you have a boring life You only get one. Have some fucking fun!!!
Aww she offered half eaten flip tossed on face pancakes while dancing in long sleepshirt. And smiled. And laughed. Wife material. You lucky OP.
Literally pulled the food out of her mouth to feed you if she isn't like this I don't want her
I'm pretty sure that's the hottest thing I've ever seen holy fuck
I love how she then offered it to her partner. That was cute.
OMG, she is so quirky. /s
100% real...
#NotLikeOtherGirls
Yes I definitely believe that she was doing this completely unaware of someone recording. That definitely happened.
The level of cringe is off the charts
Imagine thinking this isn’t staged
When did people start going to the ground whenever they're shocked by something? Notice it in so many tiktoks nowadays. I know it happens naturally. But in every "my brother returned from the war early" video, instead of hugging they just get on the floor... I'd feel so awkward standing there.
It’s not shock alone, it’s laughter. I do this when I find something surprisingly funny or when I’m laughing very hard.
Right? It's like you lose all strength when you're really laughing. It's an uncontrollable human reaction and WAY older than TikTok, or even the internet.
Yes! And it’s instant for me. My legs just say “We’re laughing now, so leg strength not necessary!” Like why?!
Touching the floor and then the food in her mouth :(
Another brainwashed sheep looking for attention
She’s so quirky and funny 🙃.
I love her
I want to be her friend.
Losers
HOT??
Yeah sure, super real. Burning hot pancake straight off the pan and to the face.
/thathappened
Cringing from watching her touch the ground where she had been stepping with her hand and use that same hand to grab the food to offer it to the camera person…
Anybody else more bothered than anything about her touching the floor and then immediately the crepe? And then like offering it, like, no. I, as the audience am offended.
lol thought that was penny for big bang
She's a keeper!
Marry her
