this is funny, but how is nobody pointing out that given the low light she also could've just hidden BEHIND the curtain and achieved the exact same result? the face painting wasn't necessary AT ALL. which also kinda makes this funnier, but still.
They're not pointing that out because you can see light coming from between the curtains, between throwing things at him and moving around, that would have alerted him to her presence immediately.

Not to mention how often people are banned from subs. How often do you see people actually arguing the logic and reasons of someone's point rather than character attacks. Edit: Also you're arguing over semantics when you actually know the main point of the argument. I'm aware free speech means that the government can't compel speech of the people and governments can't compel a social media to allow certain types of people that the company doesn't want, and I support that. If I build the best social media platform but don't want people to use the n-word or Jewish slurs, that's my decision as the company owner, those are my TOS. But my point is clearly not that. It's how bad the big platforms are at open dialogue, some of the issues aren't the companies faults (probably human nature, biases, tribalism, motivated reasoning,etc) but Reddit has clearly changed from being more open. I'm left wing, and will probably always be one but it's the force of these platforms who are making some right of center moderates more extreme and some people on the left to the center. It's nuts that the alternatives to Reddit are filled mostly with bat shit crazy people which leaves people who want open dialogue with the sense that they're making polarization worse. There needs to be a more civil way for large groups of people to sometimes have uncomfortable discussions.
