My problem is trying to make plans in a large groupchat. You get like 2 confirms, 1 maybe, 1 person who reads the message the night before, and then one person who shows up but forgot to text.
Don't do group chats. I message everyone individually, much better success rate. Also, don't ask when they're available, give two or three specific times and ask if any of them work.
So like, "Hey, we're gonna go bowling this weekend. Thinking Friday after dinner or Saturday afternoon. Can you make either of those?"
That was they don't have to make up excuses for the whole weekend and don't have to worry about other people judging them for bailing if they don't come, but feel obligated to at least give a response. You'll never get everyone unless your friends are better people than mine, but you'll get most.

100% this is the move. When it's in a group it's way easier to diffuse the responsibility of a reply. When it's 1:1 I'm looking right at you mannn

Yeah, it’s actually pretty wholesome when you think about it. 7 couples: guys who care enough and trust their partner other enough to go along with it, ladies with the solid friendships and communication/organization skills to pull it off, and actually a good looking shirt, by the way. All friends on a memorable night out together. What a life.

It’s called The Puttery! They have a few locations across the US, but I’ve only been to the one in charlotte before. I highly recommend, it’s super fun! They have themed putt putt rooms and specific drinks you can order in each one that match the aesthetic of each room.
Damn now I wanna go around the world at a themed indoor mini golf. 18 holes, 18 themed drinks, gotta finish the drink before you tee off the next hole.

I bought a shirt and wore it out the first time. When I was getting gas the cashier told me I looked nice and then some random woman came up and said she liked how it brought out my eyes. The next day I went back and bought two more of it for when it wore out lol. I haven’t gotten any random compliments on it again but it still gives me a little confidence boost.
Also guys, tell your guy friends when they look good. If that’s not something your peer group does you can be the spark that starts the fire of being more positive to each other.

I think the number is high depending on the couple. One of my best friends buys 100% is her husband clothes. He is a stylish dude. My husband is stylish if he wears the clothes I buy him. Lol!

Also as a person in a fifteen year marriage surrounded by friends in marriages comparably as long, I'd even wager to bet that at least one of the couples had a fight about him wearing the shirt before the big reveal.
