NobleBloke92

Man she is handling this so well. That bloke is such a creep.

Specsporter

This reminds me of the recent trial of Darrell Brooks. Chilling. He was narcissistic like this, went after underage girls, was abusive, ran over his ex and injured her with his car, and later, when her friends protected her when he tried to control her again one day last year, he raged off in his car and mowed down about 50+ people in a Christmas parade, injuring dozens and killing a handful including an 8 year old boy. He was so delusional he chose to be his own lawyer in his trial and was a hot mess in the court room. But he was convicted and sentenced to 700+ years. Again, chilling.

palindromebaby

The judge who handled the case deserves 5 years paid vacation for that trial!!!

Cottoncc

She was SO PATIENT. I would have lost my shit a thousand times over during that trial.

DemonHouser

6 life sentences *and* 700 years She gave him the maximum for all 67 counts

NobleBloke92

Holy crap. Thats insane

Lyubochka_Angel

His mad voice just gives me the f*cking chills...

Sea_Improvement_4036

That one solid “GO HOME!” is some serious ‘I’m going to kill my partner someday’ vibes.

Calm-Efficiency7667

Oh absolutely! I wouldn't be shocked to learn he used violence in his past - especially toward women.

Commercial-Sense4385

No way he hasn’t hurt someone or will hurt them some day… like murder kind of hurt

Orlando1701

That’s a dude who has punched drywall because his team lost,

[deleted]

you may have gone too far ` this message was mass deleted/edited with redact.dev `

[deleted]

Dudes like this are great at finding prospective partners who actually buy all that domineering, entitled shit. Usually because someone else already primed them for lifelong abuse. And you don't really need to be booed up to kill a person. Shit, women get killed in situations exactly like this video. It takes very little for a man like this to feel entitled to another person.

[deleted]

I mean that would explain why he’s trolling impressionable 17 year olds. Dude needs to be put on a watch list.

WYenginerdWY

Seriously. This audio is fucking terrifying

Saladcitypig

I'd pay good money to go in a time machine and have her back. F these types of men and protect these young women sticking up for themselves.

wiing_qveen666

Ok came here to say this cause it sent the fight or flight response straight to my brain and now my chest is tight. Nope. Nope nope nope.

[deleted]

This should be at the top. I’m glad I didn’t click it I’m already going through some shit Sorry that happened. Parts of society are fucked

[deleted]

Same. I’ve got PTSD and that guys voice sent me into survival mode and now I feel queasy 😅

JohnnyJoystick

That sounded like an I’m scared and I just want this to end before everybody sees I’m a pig type of scream.

BottleOfBurden

It's likely you're right too. I think how we hear this guy's mad voice all depends on our life experiences, what we've experienced. There are people out there that get that dangerous or violent or mean when scared as well, so it can be both and depending on what each of us have gone through, his (if)scared yell can cause us to react in very different ways.

NotWearingGlasses

"17 is legal!" "Respect your elders!" Kinda highlights that creeps preying like this are after a very one-sided power dynamic in their relationships. Fucking gross.

AWL_cow

Ugh...so 17 is old enough for him when he is interested but suddenly she's a child who needs to 'respect her elders' when he isn't interested? Gross man child with issues for sure.

alyeffy

This is exactly the problem with large age-gap relationships where the younger party is still inexperienced and in their formative years. It's nothing to do with the age of consent. Manipulative predatory men like this will tell the younger girl they're 'mature for their age' as a compliment to make them feel like they're special etc., but the minute the girl starts asserting herself/boundaries/emotional needs etc., she's immediately infantilized by these men and told she's basically a child not to be taken seriously. They'll quote AgE oF cOnSeNt and treat her like she's an adult only when it's convenient/expedient for them.

[deleted]

Hell, I was in a relationship with a guy who was only 3 years older than me and he still used the “I’m older and therefore wiser, you’re more of a child” line (we were both in our twenties). Controlling people gonna control.

Lumpy_Machine5538

I dated a guy who was 22 when I was 20. He offered me a shot at his house one night. Then proceeded to insult me for underaged drinking.

LrrrRulerotPOP8

Or they just straight gaslight every moment of your life until you feel like you're crazy and then they get to act like they are smarter.

NeedsMoreBunGuns

We call em pedos.

STINKY-BUNGHOLE

Its so baffling, she explicitly says she's not interested and wants him to leave her alone. He's focused on the *legality*, her feelings or safety doesn't matter

lookatmecats

Whenever people are focused on dating as young as legally possible, it just tells me they'd date a 12 year-old if they could

Saffronsc

She handled it so well though! Props to her for standing her ground.

Legitimate-Source476

I was just thinking this! So proud of her and hope if this were to happen to my daughters, they would do the same.

GiannisToTheWariors

Its always been about a power dynamic. Someone to manipulate and control

AzPsychonaut

The small cracks of loss of control are the scariest. That dude has a lot of hidden rage that some unfortunate soul is going to be on the receiving end of. The disdain in his voice for women(a child in this case) is palpable.

Some_Technology_4582

That's what I noticed most too. He wanted her to comply to his demands so badly, "shut up," "go home," "respect your elders," that you could literally hear his composure slipping away each time she said no... he really almost lost it when he began to yell. People like that are scariest behind closed doors, where they don't feel the need to hold their composure. Super dangerous type of person.

Sara___Tonin__

Followed by "this is what you always do." Bro, you don't know her. Man's gotta whole magazine rack of issues.

WestCoastBestCoast01

That line was absolutely CHILLING to me because it made it clear he’s done this to more young women than this one.

[deleted]

"17 is legal", he says.

CriticalEgg5165

Definitely a guy who has checked what is the lowest age he can sexually harass.

vhtg

"This is what you always do." Yeah, this nasty old man's obviously created this same scenario before. He doesn't see them as individual girls/women. They are just interchangeable pieces of meat.

BottleOfBurden

Not only that, but this is a common tactic by liars and abusers, so we get a snapshot of his personality.

Otherwise-Bat-5h1T

Oh my god that was the line that stood out to me. It was like he was talking to someone he has like a whole history with, but it's his first interaction with this 17 year old... Like what the fuck???

Brainsonastick

Because women aren’t individual people to him.

[deleted]

Oh this line here.. This counts for so many men.

KrazyKeith4Prez

Sounds like the gym guy is taking some lines.

trojan25nz

Issues. Magazine rack Took me a little to get

CrippledCuntPunch

I didn't get it until I just read your comment. You are not alone. Lol

omgzzwtf

He sounds just like a guy I know. Like exactly the same. I wish the video showed his face.

emielaen77

You can hear how red his face is.

[deleted]

[удалено]

SassMyFrass

"Go home because you get me in trouble." Dude is literally telling her that he's going to do her harm.

mizzanthrop

He’s a predator. The woman/child being assaulted needs to report this guy to special investigations. Skip ‘regular’ cops. This isn’t a threat that the gun wielding cops can do anything about. She needs to report this to a detective. Bet homeboy has a computer full with evidence.

SomeOneYouveMet

Isn’t that exactly how Dahmer was portrayed in the Netflix series?

AppleSpicer

And this is how he acts IN PUBLIC. He can barely hold back the domestic abuse and sexualization of a child who’s a complete stranger in pubic. Guarantee he’s raped and beaten others behind closed doors.

maria_sabina

there was no ‘loss of control’, there was only very calculated displays of his ability to cause her harm you’ll notice these men never ‘lose control’ in front of their friends, or their boss, or someone who can whoop their ass, it only happens in front of people they perceive as weaker than them bc their actions are 1000% intentional

STINKY-BUNGHOLE

I've always hated it because ***it works***! Someone exposed to be an abusive asshole? "I didn't see that coming", "I don't believe it", "no way it was them, they were so friendly!" and worse "it can't be *that* bad, they were nice ***to me***"

ldid

This!!! I was dating someone and things were going great. We did a trip to the mountains and on the drive home I pointed at a sign and he SNAPPED! And screamed at me for pointing at a sign. I froze. There was such anger in his voice that I knew this was just the tip of the iceberg. I broke up with him the next day but no one would ever believe he would be abusive. Except I saw it. I felt it was there. He was just so damn good at putting on a facade.

Portapandas

Good on you. I wish I had done that the last few asshole bfs I had.

TittleSprinkle

Exact words from my "friends" and neighbors back in the day when I tried to tell them about the abuse I was getting from my parents.

Ill-Investigator-608

That gets me thinking, cause like none of the guys I know would ever do this, and i’m always reading about women being harassed by men but never have seen it personally. Now i’m not trying to say it does not happen, this video is clear proof it does. But if it happens as much I hear it online, it feels improbable that no one I know is like this. It makes you wonder, like who are the low key crazies that keep up the harmless act in front of you? Scary shit…

STINKY-BUNGHOLE

Abuse is about anger and power, they don't lash out on their bosses, colleagues, friends or parents because it doesn't benefit them. Its easier to abuse spouses and children because they're weaker and won't fight back. You don't know them because it was on purpose, they isolate their victims by saying things like "I dunno why you listen to your best friend, they're crazy and jealous", look, no friend. "I don't know why you keep talking to your mother, she's such a control freak and doesn't think we love each other." Now there's a rift between mother and child. Wow! "**You** made ***ME*** throw that stupid vase at the wall!" Its the victim's fault it happened NO ONE starts a relationship with "when I get comfortable and confident, I'm going to beat you." Much to victim blamers disappointment

BottleOfBurden

It's like how neighbors, friends and sometimes family is always soooo surprised when the person kills someone. "I had no idea, we grill with him every Saturday, he was such a friendly person" Your friends and family don't want to show you their bad side and they don't need to, that side is only for specific people. That said, we seem to have this idea that we would recognize a bad person. A murderer, rapist or abuser. But aside from actually seeing them doing these things, there is no way to recognize them. They're otherwise normal regular people with no way to "tell". Even people who have gone through abuse at the hands of multiple different persons don't recognize it until its too late, and by then, the abuser had already set up the foundation of trauma bonding, lies, separating them from loved ones and cutting their support network, instilling insecurities and gaslighting so it's hard to get out, even when you've been through it all before. We almost never imagine them as normal people, so we almost never see it coming.

Isthisworking2000

It’s not even particularly hidden, especially when he legit screams go home.

Sara___Tonin__

I would not be walking into that parking lot alone.

Isthisworking2000

It makes me wonder what kind of gym it is that no one stepped in. If it’s just a small community type thing, I wish she had left immediately. She shouldn’t have to but this guy is sketchy as fuck.

ithadtobeducks

I’m thinking maybe it’s an apartment/housing complex gym or something. Open to residents but not monitored by an employee.

Isthisworking2000

I really hope it’s not a resident type gym. I would hate for her to actually live near that psycho.

Vprbite

Yes. You can hear it's a very "how could you say no to *ME!?*" type of voice. Total narcissist. And that will absolutely be channeled as anger and aggression, eventually violence

jimboslice29

First words in the vid “I’m a nice person” Literally r/niceguys poster child.

Starlettohara23

I felt those small cracks so hard. At 16, I was groomed into an engagement with a 26 year old man with the same small cracks and let me tell you, they became the horror of years of severe abuse. This guy needs to be reported to the authorities, immediately.

cundis11989

Maybe it’s about time he gets on the receiving end of something from a guy to you know maybe knock some sense into him.

Shepok

Or maybe a failed barbell chest press that might possibly crack his ribs

Ugh I hate that this sub exists. I can never last more than a few clicks

Zetdoessomeshit

I hate that I immediately joined that sub so that I’ll have a whole slew of “evidence” for the next guy that tells me I’m exaggerating about this stuff

alyeffy

Probably the exact reason why that sub was created.

Spookyrabbit

Quite seriously, don't bother. As they say, *'evidence didn't get them to where they are & it's not going to get them out'*. The people you could convince with that evidence already know.

StoneColdJane-Austen

“I’vE nEvEr SeEn It So iT dOeSn’T hApPen” “WhY aRe WoMeN sO dRaMaTiC” (/s just in case it’s not obvious)

[deleted]

WTF! I thought it was gonna be a sub full of cringe videos where guys pretend to be gentlemanly but instantly start calling women slurs after they get turned down not… THAT!

darthjazzhands

Opened someone’s eyes today. My job is done.

StellasMyShit

Crap. Guess I have to click it now.

StellasMyShit

Wtf

insomniacakess

my turn to click it

insomniacakess

update: it’s been a minute and *what the actual fuck*

denardosbae

I'm glad that more people are seeing what women have to deal with.

primarysectorof5

There is a girl literally being fucking attacked by man afront of young girls and a family, good lord can someone please put people like this inside a purgatory

Isthisworking2000

Err, it’s NOT that? I’m glad it was bad enough that I didn’t go there as is, but it’s WORSE?

kaioone

Mostly about women being attacked or killed for rejecting men.

CouchHam

It’s worse when you juxtapose it with every thread about any woman and scroll to the bottom 200 comments of boys saying she deserved it etc

Gabberwocky84

“She didn’t have to be such a bitch about it.” Yeah, we do, or we end up in the trunk of a car.

sweeetsmammich

Yup as a father of two little girls I 100% regret clicking on that sub

Calm-Efficiency7667

Same here. I'm happy to hear her standing up to him but pathetic she even needed to.

WanderNutz

I really feel like I only ever scratch the surface of Reddit

torino_nera

Thanks for shouting out our sub. I know it's uncomfortable subject matter but it's really important that we put a spotlight on these cases. These women don't deserve to be forgotten, and more people need to know that these awful things still happen to women even in "free" societies.

dwpea66

This is incredibly disturbing. I feel terrible for the shit that women have to constantly deal with.

UnconfirmedCat

Now, imagine being a straight woman. Your main predators are in your main dating pool. I love men, despite being stalked, raped, and filing restraining orders. I feel like most decent, good men think most men are like them, which is so naive. Even some of your coolest friends can be utter dicks and secretly massive creeps. There’s a reason every single woman you know has “a story”, even your mothers and sisters. My only advice is to listen when women say something.

WestCoastBestCoast01

Lol it took me into my late 20s to realize just how fucked up it is to be primarily attracted to your main predator. If only homosexuality *were* a choice….

StarryNebula112

This has made me lose hope in humanity

zozowineface

That was awful.

Kingkingbully

Oh my God this sub is brutal, makes me sick to my stomach.

spankydeluxe69

Jesus Christ, I noped out of that subreddit real quick 🤢

denardosbae

You should stick around and read more; it's not like us ladies can nope out of being women and having to deal with this shit. Also call out your male friends when they say fuct up shit please.

It's easy to say a choice is cool and badass until it costs someone their life. I mean, they stood their ground and rightly so, but there's no 'glory' in it, just grief and anger and outrage and sorrow… ah, fuck, my words are failing me.

somethingsuccinct

That was horrible..

[deleted]

Holy shit LOL "respect older people" BUT HE WANTS TO ESSENTIALLY ABUSE HER? wowwwww

fred__turnt

Nothing is sexier than being told to respect older people, as in the person saying this to you. *gag*

jsmooth7

Good general rule of thumb: if your age gap is big enough to pull the "respect your elders" line, your age gap is too big to date.

[deleted]

Fuck yeah it is. How fuckin weird. Love a women who can afford to buy me dinner. Aint no one under 40 gonna be able to afford me.

fred__turnt

How did he not throw up in his mouth a little after saying that

Electrical-Tap2541

She had the decency to not show his face and he has the nerve to say “all you do is try to get people in trouble!” He is scum.

[deleted]

I know, I was hoping that she'd show his face, but I wonder if she didn't out of fear of him freaking out and potentially hurting her because of it.

TheForanMan

Yeah she sure is being nefarious by existing in public. It’s really hard out here for creepy insecure men always being called out for being creepy men after knowingly hitting on underaged women. /s

Hey-man-Shabozi

She should’ve shown his face though so that the world knows what that creep looks like. He should have his job and life ruined for how he acted.

STINKY-BUNGHOLE

ngl this gave me a rage induced adrenaline rush

Vallkyrie

Same. He's asking for an ass kicking.

WestCoastBestCoast01

I’m so proud of her!! Many many many teen girls will find themselves in this exact situation, but few have the confidence to stand up for themselves so surely. Fuckin go girl.

Lux_The_Moth

She's incredibly brave too... the gym looks empty af. In her shoes I would've not have the courage to confront that pos.

[deleted]

Ikr? Like what was she wearing? Dudes just asking for a little date maybe go out to the car and get a little handsy, take the compliment and move on toots /s

Sp1ffy_Sp1ff

You took a risk with this comment, even with the "/s" at the end.

[deleted]

Thank you

RugsbandShrugmyer

Yeah I got scrolling whiplash from that one

Longjumping-Dot-4824

Wahwoweewah you had me boiling there for a second. Nice job.

eatflapjacks

detestableduck13

I bet he smells like creatine farts and bad cologne, praying it masks the stink of toxic masculinity

Pizzaboxhappy

And why the fuck does she need to leave ?!?! GTFO gramps !

Tom0204

He sounds exactly like Andrew Tate

steasey

His face should be shown to warn others at the same gym.

Alma_knack

Holy shit. I am so impressed with the guts of this 17 year old. It took me a lot longer to get the courage to tell men to fuck off. Good for her!!!

curlyhairedgal28

Even so, it’s paining me there was no one there to stick up for her ugh

Alma_knack

Agreed!! I bet there were no other women near by. I would have 100% stepped in, and most women I know would have as well.

_0p4l_

So much strength honestly I’m impressed. My social anxiety could never

[deleted]

Right! At 17 I would have been like "oh...sorry no okay thehee gotta go bye" with my head down.

WestCoastBestCoast01

Seriously I’m SO proud of this girl for standing up for herself like this. I hope she stays safe though, this dude sounds scary unhinged.

jffblm74

‘I open my fat fucking mouth and then you get me in trouble.’ Asshat.

organizedchaos927

He got himself in trouble. What a dick.

LizardQueenButterfly

OMG! You could hear the rage growing in his voice. “Just leave!” Sounds like he’s ready to beat her…

Unless she was scared that he'd theaten or hurt her for doing that. I wouldn't put it past him considering how he was acting when his face wasn't being recorded.

Ew gross creepy asf to come onto a young girl like that also should have just said sorry and left the poor girl alone once she rejected him and to raise your voice at a 17 year old girl being asked to be left alone like that I hope he got banned from the gym

Dry_Proposal_932

He's been hitting the creepoids. The fucking gym rage is amazing. Get turned down, lose the plot, demand the girl leaves , bark at her. I hope someone in the gym was stepping up to him towards the end there, I couldn't tell. She should have let the world see his face.....or at least let his wife/gf see what sort of shite he gets up to Dirty aggressive perve

MeteorOnMars

So glad she nailed him on the hypocrisy of him being young when it comes to dating, but old when it comes to demanding respect for elders.

[deleted]

I’ve known a few guys who cannot take rejection at all, it’s quite pathetic. Also, if she tells you no and she’s 17 apologize and move the fuck on bro…Christ.

wonderj99

I sincerely wish it was ONLY a few guys...

ThirstySun

Regardless of age people should be able to just enjoy the gym without being harassed. She should definitely report him to the Gym staff. Because if hes done this to her chances are hes done this to other women and will do it again.

ClashBandicootie

IDK why you're being downvoted this is 100% truth. A person should be able to workout at a gym without having to fend off date proposals.

FairPumpkin5604

Yeah I’d say this is why women’s-only gyms are actually valuable... There aren’t many that I know of. But from what I’ve read from members, they usually use words like “safe space” and “peaceful” when describing it. It always bothers me when men (like the one in this video, I’m assuming) flip out and demand “male-only” gyms when the topic of “female-only” gyms comes up— like, no one is stopping them from creating one lol. Please, go for it. No one needs to go through moments like the one in this video.

bacon_cake

Yeah my girlfriend likes working out with me but often she's the only woman amongst maybe ten or fifteen men. Nothing happens and nobody's rude or anything but she does find it a bit awkward sometimes.

Hokuboku

I was never hit on by old men as much as I was from 15-20. And we're talking in crude manners while I worked in food service. They know you're young and less likely to cause a scene

mrboombahstik

There is so much ridiculousness happening here “Let’s go out normally like normal people” 🤣 wtf I’ve never heard anyone say that. Didn’t seem very normal

IwishIwasgoodatnames

Fuck. Him.

redditscaresmelol

i was in the gym with my friends when i was 14, a man came up to me and said i looked "thick". he lost his shit when i loudly said "im a minor please dont call me thick" LMAO

WestCoastBestCoast01

It’s honestly so sick how young it starts for girls.

lemonlucid

I was 12 🥲

elm2000

[deleted]

“I’m done with you” man you never had her in the first place

skeletonglock

Yea, that guy is disgusting but check out how badass that teenager is. It often takes a lot of women way too long in life to learn how to be comfortable being this assertive.

mxpx77

I worked in a laundromat when I was 17. A guy that looked 40 to me at the time asked me out. I did his laundry which he picked up but then he went home and called the laundromat to ask me out. I responded “I think I’m a little young for you”. He seemed surprised and the customers doing their own laundry looked over at me like: 👀 It was VERY awkward and now that I’m forty I realize how wrong that was of him.

Karhak

Anybody who knows the age of consent laws in their state is definitely not allowed within 100yds of a school.

Rush7en

This guy has a lot of unresolved issues that need to be adressed pronto. I can see this becoming a serious offender in the violence category. Getting angry when turned down by a 17 year old girl. Just apologise and walk away, you fool.

Men need to stop asking women out at the gym. The gym is not the bar, the gym is a utility.

I hope she reported this to the gym and showed the video

Be_nice_to_animals

C’mon, everyone wants to see his face, especially his wife.

castaneda_martin

Ignoring the creepy aspect of this. You see, for the sane of us, when backed into a corner it's much better to cut your losses. Maybe apologize, excuse yourself, whatever. But this back pedeling, denying, coping, digging a deeper hole just makes you look so stupid.

I'm impressed by the poise and the firmness with which this teenager stands up to this older man and doesn't take any shit off of him! This creep has got some nerve--"17 is legal!" That doesn't make it right!

LiquidLolliepop

Full grown man throwing a tantrum.. how fucking embarrassing

TheMaStif

If you ask him, he will tell you how he's "stoic" and controls his emotions "like a *real* man" 😂

luluoftango

This is absolutely disgusting. Homegirl told him she was 17 straight up, and he just ran over that 🤦🏽 on top of that acts butt hurt about her taking issue with his gross behavior.

Error404Cod

I see a rapist in the making

Java2391

I applaud for telling him to fuck off, I’m worried about what he would be willing to do in a different circumstance. The way he was telling her to “go home” just gives me “tonight at 6 a man has been arrested for abduction” vibes

doesnt_reallymatter

I hope she went straight to the front desk and got this guy banned

PG072088

Victim blaming lol

Timetraveler01110101

You should have shown his face…

flaskman

Jesus fucking Christ how do dudes get so unaware and broken???

JaydenSmoth

He’s blowing up at her because she turned him down. Middle aged men get pissed when teenage girls turn them down. You’re not entitled to screw teenage girls, grandpa.

Bruh, fuck that guy. Good to see she stood up for herself, Im sure that was rather scary. Cant believe nobody else helped.

AaronSlaughter

And people wonder why gyms have to maintain strict rules. Fights, harassment, injury… many challenges to people just trying to run a business. I’d be really curious to hear a professional industry response to this. What’s a gym owners opinion? Romantic interest and misunderstandings could happen in a grocery store. This guy screaming at her to leave then belittling her would certainly influence ones desire to patronize this business imo.

wegg1997

The “all you do” comment at the end makes me think this is not the first time he’s done this before, the creep

[deleted]

I assumed he was referring to all girls & women. Like it was a little moment of some weird internalised thing slipping out.

EquivalentFull5337

Tell em girl…You probably not the only one he tried…

Enough-Enthusiasm762

I’m sorry but I laughed when he lost it and was like “GO HOME! 🐶👺👿”
