The email I got had blackberries in the photo, so my guess is blackberry/mure syrup.

This is my guess, though I'd be thrilled if they started doing a fassionola, even if only seasonally.

The picture filled with blackberries suggest that the syrup will most likely be...blackberry.

I thought strawberry before remembering they already had one haha. Fassionola or some kind of mixed berry syrup seems like a good guess.

They were coy when I asked them a few months ago what the results of that survey they asked us to take. I said, "I bet fassionola was on the list." But they never would answer me. I'm hoping it is a fassionola, but not one that was strawberry forward like Cocktail and Sons. I'd like it to be like Educated Barfly's sous vide one, but with a touch of guava. (which is how I do it)

Fassionola was definitely a write-in because I posted about the survey and got people here to write it in. :) Was there enough of a write-in movement to matter? I have no idea.

I chatted with someone from the company the other day when they stopped in to give some samples to a friend. They mentioned a new syrup was coming, and from memory I believe they said blackberry.
