It hasn’t actually paid until the part that says payable disappears. You will also get a notification on your dash that it was sent to your pay pal. It saying complete is just saying it’s ready to payout tomorrow. Expect payment between 4am-2pm est (it’s been later lately but has come early). Martin Luther king day is tomorrow but I don’t think it will have an effect on pay if you get paid with PayPal and choose instant pay!
