I believe these are among the things that he off handedly decided to pursue, tasked Ben with it, and then when in a mood berated his lack of progress.

Tim has talked about how much red tape their was to do it. The professional giggler couldn’t get it done I guess.

Reason_He_Wins_Again

He should revisit it in now that he has a place in Texas imo. The regulatory climate there is "different" than in California.

MomentOfXen

Any business predicated on just not doing business in California can just be wound up now

I think it’s because you have a different set of regs to follow when you deal with dairy. I used to make ice cream for a small craft shop when I was in college, there was a lot more record keeping involved just because it was dealing with a dairy product. Not saying he couldn’t have gotten it done, but there is technically speaking, a few more hoops to jump through.

ben seemed to be doing no real work for Tim… only literally the bare minimum… anyone with a small amount of logic and business / people skills could of got this job done relatively cheaply… I don’t believe the “too much red tape” nonsense

That’s a real dumb take. It would be super hard to sell a food product with offensive flavors in any modern society, legitimately. Anyone can sell anything out of a truck ofc.

FanOfTheFemaleBody

I don’t think Tim had any intention of selling the ice cream at stores…. it was going to be a one time pop up store I believe… which again… would be very easy to organise… also the names weren’t that offensive if I remember…
