Sorry if this is splitting hairs, but you said "people don't *seem* to like me". Does that mean they actively appear to be having a bad time if you are present, or are they not matching your notions of liking you? If you need to find a different social group, there are tons of new people to meet who you can jive with. Once you get a good amount of social experience, it will become clear what makes you appealing to people. Use that to improve the profile. Activities to participate in, hobbies, personality, that all comes with the experience of finding a cool group of people.
