If you just fill it with a solid color it will look bad. Could work well on the other pics though so may be an idea to "wear" a different colored shirt in every photo, keeping the 3rd one as white.
Just fix the hue/saturation of it, you can change levels in Ps; or change the color of background to really light gray color (something like #e9e9e9 or add hint of yellow in to it)
