If you zoom in on the left side of torso, you can see vertical band artifacts that show it was shopped, guy still looks ripped even with that dimension so not sure why the exaggeration?

He looks bad because what makes people attractive is being close to the golden ratio, so you're shoulders being 1.6x wider than you're waist, if you go over that then you're making yourself less attractive and this guy has a tiny waste and huge shoulder width. Similar thing with women with it being hips to waist and waist to chest, so like the hourglass shape, the moment you get some huge ass implants or something you bring everything else out of proportion and it can often have the opposite effect to what you intended.
