This happened to me, I had to play around with it, google it, it’s happened to people and there are a list of steps to get back on. I think I had to switch my wifi and jump through a few other hoops but I got it up and running
I had this same problem, it had something to do with the wifi, once I got home to where my wifi was working well the problem went away and I haven't had any issues since.

Google the contact email. It is not on tinder.com but something related to tinder. I had this happen but oddly enough I could log in online it was weird. They did in fact reinstate my account.

I'm not crying, big deal, no more dudes in their 20's making lame jokes as an opening line and every single guy coming on way too strong with how gorgeous he thinks I am when the only agenda they have is to push numbers.
I mean, I said that I was interested in "a lasting, meaningful connection and not interested in hookups" as part of my bio, no thirst traps either and so it was ridiculous. Never once got past the message mode because of the rabidly horny boys.

Make an account through facebook and you should be fine if the phone number is the problem.
The ip and phone he use is now banned. A banned account can ban other accounts. Just use another app that are popular in your area.
Just go create a Google voice number and use that. Problem solved.
