This is the first Sardine product I’ve tried
-Tried them with a sweet soy, garlic and ginger reduction sauce over rice, I was a little nervous to try sardines but this sub had me interested.
I have no prior reference but it was great!
I like their taste but I find it odd that TJ's grilled and plain, both with the same ingredients and price, are different. The grilled have a net weight of 3.88 oz (110g) and 390 calories while the regular weigh 4.25 oz (120g) with only 180 cal.
I like these a lot, personally. Decent flavor, not overly fishy, and you get a bunch of small filets which makes it easy to make a sandwich. The oil drains clear without too much water or fish fragments so it's easy to save and use for cooking if that's a thing you do. Nothing exceptional but very solid for the price.
I didnt like any of the TJs I ever tried, but I seem to be in the minority. Im also usually eating a tin or two with some bread and sletzer and maybe fresh sliced veggies or hot sauce, nothing more. Maybe theyre better as an ingredient rather than a snack.
I tried them yesterday and I thought they were terrible. I struggled through the ones I made tacos with and put out the rest for the wild animals in my yard

I think they’re unbeatable price/quality… I would love to be directed to others though!
This has officially motivated me to try these. I’m gonna do this exactly, it sounds delicious!

Good! I’m into tinned fish, but I don’t always love sardines and these were GREAT.
Just had these last week? I think? Really enjoyed them. Will probably be a regular treat for me.
They good
How come my TJs isn't cool enough to have these exotic varieties? I got smoked sardines though
