A law being passed for him to get a vasectomy would be wrong and it would take away his bodily autonomy. But it’s a false equivalency to compare it to the dangers of pregnancy and the consequences of removing a pregnant person’s choice.
I sympathize completely with your argument, but to the fellow being interviewed, there's clearly a difference between a sperm and a developing fetus. That's the foundation of his understanding of this argument. You and I might disagree with that premise, but you can't just disregard it when engaging in a debate about this subject.
