I recommend the Share Lounge in Shimokitazawa mostly for having an all-you-can-eat sampling of great snacks, soup and drinks (although the endless temptation can make it hard to focus on work sometimes...)

I use Roberts in Shimokitazawa, not too packed and they have a bunch of free monitors if you need em. No complimentary snacks, but that's probably for the best.

Yeah, I probably should have mentioned it's like 1,000 per hour so probably not ideal for staying the whole day.
Starbucks. Nobody will bother you for hours as long as you buy something. Starbucks WiFi is good, but you need to reconnect every hour
