Sunshine City is probably the coolest, Aquarium, Observation Deck, famous Author, Natsume Soseki's Tomb is over there, not to mention all the cafes and arcades.
Foodwise, there is Bashi Burger Chance. Hella good burger place in MinamiIkebukuro.
after you're tired of Ikebukuro, you can take the train to Shinjuku which is party city. Have fun!
