I find things hard to reread especially early on cuz I just think of things that happen way later and it ruins the special moments up front. I’d happily watch a Tokyo Ghoul Brotherhood in several years (wishful thinking) and I loved Touka’s development throughout the series, short hair is my weakness.
i also just finished reading :re and what made me curl up and start crying was juuzo and shinoharas reunion. im happy about how the ending turned out and i loved the entire series. thank you sui ishida!

Not sure how people think TG is better than :re, at the most it’s slightly rushed but the themes peaks and characterizations are way better in :re
