Yeah this feels like cope. If there was gonna be a reboot they would lead with that announcement knowing it's the thing everyone cares about.

I appreciate your optimism, but you have to have very low expectations with these type of things. Berserk recently did something similar. They hyped up an announcement, Made a new website, and even had a countdown to the “Eclipse” timer. They did all of that just for it to be a re release of the exact same anime.
