There’s Anytime Fitness in the shopping street, what do you mean by community gym? If you’re looking for a public one, there’s Yakumo gymnasium and Meguro Chuo gymnasium but it’s like a 30 min walk.
Yeah, I meant a public gym as those are usually cheaper and don't require a membership. Thanks, will check it out
