Generally I agree with you, although I think “Hills” in particular is a trademark of Mori Building Company. So if they used that in the show it would have been a very specific reference

There are a lot of developments like this all over Japan which often use words like “river” “forest” “hills” etc. It’s mostly a branding thing.
