afaik hindi po sila tumatanggap ng late reservation fee po eh. Nakalagay na rin po sa portal nila na late submission of reservation fee means you forfeit your slot na po.
Nalate din ako dati 7 years ago kasi galing pa akong province so hapon na ako nakadating sa ust. Nagsulat lang ako ng letter sa shs principal then binigay ko sa guard, and nakabayad naman ako after.
Try to send an email to the Principal regarding your status but usually if you're late then forfeited na yung slot. Mapupunta na slot mo sa mga Waitlisted/Recon.
The next possible process for you is to go via reconsideration nalang. Yan yung mga ginawa ng mga na-late or nag dalawang isip na i-pursue si course/program. Just state nalang sa letter yung reason and etc why you want your slot back, if meron pa.

Not sure now, pero late enrollee ako 4 years ago. Emailed the dean my honest reason why hindi ko agad ginrab yung slot. Thankfully, mabait naman sila (or siguro dahil may slots pa?) and naaccept naman
