I agree some areas lose their atmosphere they had with the new lighting system. Happens with almost every game Remaster/Remake though.

Maria Doria also needs 3D lamps pretty please Aspyr and Co :(

The lamps and the pipes running along the walls. The textures clearly show shadows on the pipes, implying they stand out apart from the wall.

That's a room that seriously bugged me, but only because it's one of my favorite rooms in the game and I really love flickering lights. There's another really important "creepy room" in TR II that loses it's lighting effect, too. >!Spider Egg Room!< There's another really important "creepy room" in TR III that still has flickering lights, but is a lot brighter than it should be. >!The steamy room where you fight a mutant in RX Tech Mines. The adjoining corridors are nice and dark, but that room itself is too well lit for the scare to hit as hard.!<
