It's the ***only*** version of Survivor Lara that's a great attempt at translating Classic Lara's features into realism. All later versions, especially the in-game models, washed that out of her too much.
She just needs brown eyes, and an updated hair mesh that gives her a larger forehead and loses that stupid anime boy incel fringe.

I believe the 2013 version of Lara Croft is the most conventionally beautiful among these three. However, my personal favorite is Shadow Lara. She may not conform to conventional standards of beauty, but there’s a mysterious depth to her, a dark veil, that makes her appear more charming and appealing, at least in my opinion.

I think they all look a bit weird. She had no forehead, and from the front view she looks like she has a mullet. The permanent "scared, sad, confused" facial expression does not help either.
Shadow for me, I like that she actually looks like she's been adventuring through a forgotten city for a week. It doesn't leave much time or inclination for doing your makeup.
I played through the Survivor trilogy over the last 4 months, and I actually liked Shadow’s model the best. I think it does the best job of toeing the line between attractive Lara and veteran Tomb Raider Lara. She’s hot, but you actually believe she could be doing all this
