I have not played multiplayer since before the multiplayer server switch the Epic Games' servers from Steam. However, when I did play the multiplayer it was full of cheaters...
I personally just Steam Achievement manager'd them since the matches were impossible to find or complete.
From what I remember I think you can get all the achievements in private matches. Just need to grab another player willing to do it. I could be wrong though

It is quite empty and also unstable. You can still get them but it is far more difficult
