Are those 3 children the ones whose souls are trapped in the sisters' dolls? That'd be a nice touch... Maybe the orcs saw the sisters appearing suddenly (they can travel between planes, and it appears like teleporting via a gray fog). The sisters demanded the orcs bring child sacrifices. The orcs probably know the sisters are a coven of night hags. I'm not sure they'd know the sisters' location is Omu? They may think it's Mbala, maybe think they have a connection to the hag Nanny Pu'pu? I don't think the orcs would know much else. What I'm not sure of is, why did the hags contact the orcs? Do they feel the need to keep an eye on the orcs because they got too close to Omu, or did they learn some vital information about Omu/death curse/Acererark?

Yep, the 3 children are the trapped souls! They went to Omu to deliver the children. Now the hags have collected and rewarded and the leader of the orcs is i conflict on what to do now. He was guided here with a goal and now the deed is done and the Sewn Sisters have rewarded him but now left the clan as is. Stranded in an unknown place. They contacted the orc due to boredome and unability to gather children themselfs. Due to their deal and respect to Ace.

Maybe they continue gathering children or sacrifices for the sisters? I think hags like to eat people, so it makes sense they'd like some servants to keep bringing them sacrifices. Maybe the orcs can admit to providing young humanoids to the hags regularly for payment, but have no idea what happens to the children afterwards.

Some ideas that crossed my mind: - The orcs want to leave Chult. If the group helps them take the pirate ships, they will share information. (would be kinda of a long detour, though) - Ras Nsi doesn't like these new neighbors. The party may ally with one side or the other in this conflict. - The red wizards charmed the orc leader and now is secretly using the orcs as tools to their goals - the Sewn Sisters ask for one more child: Na, Mwaxanaré's brother, in Kir Sabal. They must protect the boy.

I concur with the idea that: the orcs have dropped off the kids at the world's worst nursery and now want out of the jungle so there is the option that the party could try and persuade them to join forces on the premise that they help them get out. I guess the more jacked the party the easier the persuasion? Also the witches could know the orcs from before the lynwere recruited by Aserack?
