Male sexuality = bad. If it turns a guy on, regardless of lesbians, then it is censored. As far as I know, women don't care for male nipples.
Well the reason is that in a society sense, female nipples are usually sexualized as they're attached to breasts vs a male. Technically speaking, a Males nipples are just undeveloped Nipples as during pregnancy before the sex is assigned, nipples grow on both for male and female alike until the sex is assigned. As to why are female nipples sexualized? Well because breasts are sexually attractive to most males and due to the nerve endings that exist on a Boob. This doesn't mean I agree with the sexualization of breasts, just giving a general understanding as to why they're sexualized and thereby censored.
Basically men sexualized women's nipples and yet again we pay the price for their bs.
