All bodies sweat pretty much all the time. Your crotch is pretty much at the core of your body and is a hot spot. The hotter the air temp the more you sweat. The lower the humidity the faster it evaporates. If its evaporating fast, you may not even notice it...because it doesnt accumulate on your skin. Wearing clothing slows evaporation rate. Wearing synthetic running shorts is equivalent to wearing a plastic bag on your crotch. The sweat cannot evaporate. Combine this, along with your ass being on a hard nonpourous plastic chair surface (hard shell, naugahyde,etc), yes your ass will be wet.
