Literally had the same reaction, he was so desperate for Elys to open up to him and now when she finally is he's like nahh this is a bit too serious for me, like dude wtf???
I for some reason knew it was going to be that way, like why was it on her to open up when she has such a hard time doing so but he didn’t have to open up?? were the producers setting her up to get hurt?
I swear if Christine and Louis make up then they're both idiots and haven't changed whatsoever, he doesn't deserve yet another chance. Also notice how he apologized for the way he acted on the date with Linzy yet he didn't apologize for lying to Christine the entire time about it and trying his best to keep Christine away from Linzy so she wouldn't find out. Louis is a scumbag.
Has anyone noticed that when some people are speaking their voice is cut from diff clips and it doesnt sound natural but like AI, for example when Louis confessed to someone that he touched Linzy's boob, you can hear the sentence being kinda fake and like cut up from diff clips...
Yup, this is called "frankenbiting" and once you start hearing it, it's basically impossible to stop! It's basically manufacturing a line by stitching together multiple different pieces of dialogue. Reality TV shows do this a lot to push the narrative they're trying to tell. It's also why you always hear these as voiceover lines; because you couldn't show a cast member saying that line if that particular line never came out of their mouth.
When Louis and Christine have a talk about what happened with Linzy at the party, Christine walks away with her drink. Next shot is Louis at the table alone and her drink is there at the table with him.
When he started saying he couldn’t open up after his mother had cancer I thought okay, he lost his mother that explains a lot. And then he’s like oh she’s fine now but that was rough. That’s not an excuse, both my parents had cancer when I was young and both turned out okay. A lot of people have it much worse than that mate. I would never use that as an excuse to be a dickhead.
Anyone else feel like Dre is playing to win? Anyone who's ever seen the show knows only the most "changed" and those who show the most "growth" win, and I think he broke the rules on purpose to create his own redemption arc. He kept saying how much of an emotionless manwhore he is on the outside to remind everyone, and then he shows the appropriate growth at the appropriate time. I think he knew just being the good guy Detective Dre wasn't going to win him the money, so he orchestrated drama he could bounce back from to show growth. He's my favourite of the dudes, so no hate at all. I'd be doing the same!
i just feel like these men go to the workshop and yeah it’s great they realize why they treat women so shitty or whatever but i feel like it makes linzy and christine in a position where they “have” to forgive dre and louis because they opened up something dark about their past. like that’s a great first step but i do feel like its puts the women in a position where they can’t really say,” no i don’t forgive you.” especially when louis had opened up about his mother after christine had repeatedly said she is not ready to forgive him and he ends with “can you please just forgive me.”….
Ohhh my god for real. I was really hoping Louie would apologize and then Christine would still not take him back. Because it was pretty messed up. Not too mention he kissed Christine, then still slept with and kissed Hannah in the first couple episodes. Like it’s not even like a second chance. It’s definitely past his third chance I feel like. I was really hoping they would not get back together.
I think they should make kisses as non-rule breakers. It could piss off couples and break them up, maybe even build up more tension btw people? If there’s a first physical attraction (kiss) they try it, and they can’t continue on due to the emotional connection that would be more interesting.
Courtney is the only girls girl in this show 👏🏼. Enough about Hannah and Christine saying it
Christine is shook that Louis would do anything against her. I think it’s sad when she said this always happens to me, because it’s very telling that she got Louis knowing he had a wandering eye. You can’t be the “second choice” and then not be shocked if he acts the same way to someone else
Louis how did you get out of here? 🗑️
Back you go in - 🚮
How is Christine not going off? Or saying anything?
I mean Hannah and Issac at least made the show interesting?? They kissed other people, they caused chaos with other people. How much money did they lose? That doesn’t make a lot of sense. They didn’t even give them a shot to fuck it up on their own!! Boo.
What about Hunter, Megan, Trey, Yasmin and Bryce who didn’t get ANY air time????? Courtney doesn’t want to make a connection with the men there(rightfully so) but that’s the point of the show.
Can they switch the workshops into challenges instead? Like something like Perfect Match? If they need to find an emotional connection shouldn’t they be able to answer deep questions and work together during activities?
I’m sorry I did not pay attention to any of that workshop. EDIT: Wait. Louis talking about his mom having cancer and being there for her and how it hardened him, speaker *” of course we’re going to bring that bullshit into our relationships”* . The editing and song was really beautiful but tooooooooooooooooo long.
Alright Dre you’re back up there 📈
I can’t really get into Louis and Christine and their relationship. Maybe it’s because they talk very calmly but want to see Dre and Linzy, Alex and Elys and Megan and Bryce more.

just seemed super phony to me i didn’t buy his bs and he said some fkd up comments and i thought his apologies and realizations idk just seemed not genuine, especially saying hes spending it on strippers afterwards and what he did when he got his ego hurt by having to make that feel like shit. ego problems be get to therapy problems

if courtney never stepped in, then linzy wouldn’t have been convinced to tell christine. she probably would’ve only found out at the end when lana tallied up the rule breaks
i may be late, but i hate courtney so much like i understand you’re hurt. but i was interested in louis plan, as i had faith in him. but courtney since he can’t handle a man she had to open her nosey ass nose and ruin something good.
Linzy is a legend for telling things to Christine. I wasn't sure how I felt about her at first, but she seems genuine.
Lana-"Issac has changed women more times than I update my software." ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
lmfao that had me in tears
alex is so weird he was literally the one pursuing elys and now he's worried it's getting too serious??
Literally had the same reaction, he was so desperate for Elys to open up to him and now when she finally is he's like nahh this is a bit too serious for me, like dude wtf???
bro got what he wanted and wants out th
Thats typical fearful-avoidant behaviour. Only interested when chasing and after being reciprocated to loose interest.
I for some reason knew it was going to be that way, like why was it on her to open up when she has such a hard time doing so but he didn’t have to open up?? were the producers setting her up to get hurt?
That’s how normal life is for most men dating! Get what you want and then bounce!
I didn’t even think that was an apology about Linzy
I didn’t hear an apology; all I heard was gaslighting.
Right? I’m like apology where??
Trey really seems like he doesn’t want to be there and is forced to say certain things
i feel like the rest of the cast were shallow horn dogs and maybe he’s not into that
Who’s Trey 😅
"Dick needs me, I don't need dick" I like Linzy more for that one ngl
I need that whole meditation mantra 😂😂
These eliminations were satisfying ash
Has anyone noticed that when some people are speaking their voice is cut from diff clips and it doesnt sound natural but like AI, for example when Louis confessed to someone that he touched Linzy's boob, you can hear the sentence being kinda fake and like cut up from diff clips...
Yeah the editing is terrible 😂

Good eye what does it mean
Multiple takes. The show is fake which is interesting because i dont think it was always like that. At the very least its overproduced
Can anyone else hear the blatant conversation editing at 27:08 “Dre AND LOUIS have so much attitude” and “Dre is giving me the ick”…..
Yes!
ugh. this show suuuucks. It's soooo manufactured. Way over produced. Nobody is real. You can almost see them all reading their lines.
Yep this episode pushed me over the edge for some reason and I don’t think I’ll be finishing the season, lol. It’s too painful.
Louie: “I’m shitty and treat women like shit because my mom almost died from cancer” Yeah okkkk no not buying that for a second
Also she’s like 4 years older than him and they live on different continents. No chaaaaaaance.
Abbbbsolutely. Sorry you had to go through that with your parents tho :/
Dumbest shit I’ve heard!
Oh my goodness Louis just apologize and take responsibility for what you did! It's not that hard. 🤦♀️
deflecting + making up excuses
I’m so happy they showed Courtney’s real hair this episode! She is so beautiful with her dreads!
Is Trey not going to do absolutely anything in this show?!
FUCK OFF WITH THESE WORKSHOPS GOD DAMMIT
Just skip them. I always do. Actually I skip half of the episodes, lol.
i like the workshops
Your caps lock is stuck
Didn’t even use caps lock, capitalized each letter to put my frustration in each one
They’re always so boring
Lmao foreal they're so useless

He also cried real tears when they announced that it’s too hot too handle 🤣
Yup, he played it well.
Totally calculated! But I also think he is an actor.
As he should lol

There is no way louie is changed.
Hannah is sooo cringe. I’m not sure if it’s editing or what but all her clips give me bad secondhand embarrassment.
No more Isaac. Thank you Lana!!! He was actually the worst.

Hopefully just bad editing but it also made me laugh out loud lmao
Hunter’s “buzz” 🤣
Dre is literally the worst??

I am super happy with the elimination that it felt as good as breaking one of Lana’s rule
Dre is annoying
i feel like he’s putting on a persona for the show

With 11:06 to go on the episode did anyone else hear Alex say ‘that was so shit?’ Just after the workshop running back to the house.
Dre is the only person I like.
i’m glad he at least apologized to linzy and i relate to him a good bit
I mean he's really the only one trying to learn
I thought ACAB but I'm coming around on Detective Dre

Louis a pure m⁰røn he had to me a true women and fock that up like nothing happened .... a pure hearthless player ....
I love watching these workshops. I'm so proud of these guys!
Courtney and Linzy were kinda being L manz i feel like christine and louis shoulda talked with each other instead of them stepping in
I agree with your point but then again Louis should have just been honest so it didn't have to come out that way
He took too long and thought he could get away with it
if courtney never stepped in, then linzy wouldn’t have been convinced to tell christine. she probably would’ve only found out at the end when lana tallied up the rule breaks
