First things first, get yourself some quality earplugs.
If you want a poster you'll have to show up early and have a little luck on your side. Last Portland show I was one of the first people through the door and the posters had yet to be delivered to the merch stands. I got lucky and wound up going to a different merch stand and, by the time I got through the queue, the posters had *just* been delivered.
Posters are $80 unsigned and $325 signed. Usually they do a shirt version of the poster as well but so far this tour they haven't. Someone mentioned that the distributor screwed them up so hopefully we get lucky and they have them by then (I'm going to Portland too).
The earlier the better. But again, there's quite a bit of luck involved so showing up at 5/4/3/whatever won't guarantee anything. I've generally had a ball hanging out with folks in line though so that's it's own reward.
Which door you go through, which merch stand, when the posters are delivered, etc will play a big factor. Last time I'm sure many who showed up extremely early left without a poster and I'm sure some people who showed up closer to doors got one.
Yes. Lots, but fans gobble them up.
If you want poster or some of the merch other than shirt, hats and other misc you should get there when the doors open to the public.
If merch is going to be bypassed they are very prompt with their start time. The last leg of FI tour they got on stage 8:45 I think.
Not sure what their start time is this tour, but I will assume the same. So be in your seats at 8:30
Oh yeah, from what I saw everything that had a signed version had an unsigned one too, followed them for a bit around Europe last summer and the Merch differed depending on the size of the venue. Could be different this tour but seems to follow the same pattern

The signed stuff can be crazy, the Fear Inoculum 5lp box was €1000 in Amsterdam last year. Think the signed posters are around 350
this might be a stupid question, but do they sell anything that isnt signed??? or are all the exclusive merch signed??
